Tega Mill Linings provide optimal grinding solutions in major mineral processing plants all over the world. Tega rubber lining system is the preferred lining system for secondary ball mills; regrind mills, rod mills and scrubbers.
Fastening System :Tega reinforced lifters have an integrated aluminium track to accommodate the fixing clamp. Non-reinforced Tega Lifter Bars are installed with detachable steel clamps which can slide inside the groove on the lifter base and be bolted to the mill shell. Tega Lining bolt attachment systems are compatible with conventional attachment for rubber linings used in grinding mills. The latter are available with different grades of steel as well, if required for very high or low pH-values.

TEGA Pulp Dischargers & Upper Discharge Cone have been designed to be used in AG , SAG , Grate Discharge Ball Mill , etc. Our TEGA Discharger system can be installed in the mill irrespective of any existing liners. Our Discharge system is tested for fitment through TEGA FITSYM.

Advantages of our TEGA Discharger System :
Lagging of the conveyor pulley is essential to improve conveyor belt performance. The use of lagging reduces belt slippage, improves tracking and extends life of belt, bearing & other components.TEGA Ceramic Pulley Lagging is especially suited for pulleys with slippage and excessive wear & tear problems which make normal rubber lagging ineffective. Tega ceramic pulley lagging is widely used on the drive pulleys and can also be used on snub, bend and tail pulleys. This innovative new product incorporates square ceramic tiles with unique circular nubs which help in proper grip of the belt under wet muddy or any such arduous conditions.
CN Bonding System :
This extra layer of specially developed rubber at the bottom of ceramic pulley lagging ensures higher bonding strength with rubber to metal surface of the pulley.
The Conventional impact idlers, sheathed in rubber sleeves or rings, are not always sufficient to absorb the impact energy of the heavy falling materials at the loading zone of the conveyor. The heavy Impact load often damage of the belt due to line contact. . The Idlers being a rotating part are also susceptible to damage and failure of bearings due to accumulation of dust and grime. The malfunctioning of these idlers cause frequent conveyor breakdown and require repeated maintenance. Tega JUMBO Impact Bed systems are designed to work in such adverse conditions by effectively dampening the impact of heavy materials. Being a non-rotating part JUMBO requires Zero maintenance thus decreasing downtime, increasing operational efficiency and lowering maintenance cost.
Tega JUMBO Impact bed system comprises of Impact saddles and frame, which is custom designed as per the application severity and duty conditions. Tega Impact saddles is made of UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Poly-Ethylene) for smooth gliding of the conveyer belt.
The support frame, which is usually made of Mild Steel.A spring mechanism along with rubber is squeezed between the frame structure and saddle and hence the elasticity of the spring and rubber is fully utilized in this design and the low-friction feature of the UHMWPE always ensures smooth conveyor movement, with minimal wear of belt bottom cover.
The Tega Friflo Impact Pad is a fusion of three different layers. The top layer is made of UHMWPE for smooth gliding of the conveyer belt. The middle layer is a made of rubber to cushion the impact load, while the lower layer is for fastening impact pads on the support frame, which is usually made of aluminum.
Type H This is a pad with H type reinforcement and clamping of this pad is done with H type aluminum clamps, hexagonal headed bolts, nylock nuts & washers. | |
Type P The P type pads do not contain any reinforcement & is clamped with P type aluminum clamps, hexagonal headed bolts, nylock nuts & washers. | |
Type T This pad having T type reinforcement and clamping is done with square headed T bolts, Nylock nuts & washers. |

To control miss-tracking effectively, tracker rollers are required to be installed on returns as well on the carrying side of the belt. The return side does the main tracking function as the total belt width is in contact with the roller. TRU-TRAC makes belt misalignment a thing of the past!
Flat Return Tracker This is installed on the return belt and forms the main tracking for general duty conveyors. |
Dual Return Tracker This is also installed on return belt and forms the main tracking roller for special belt which are wide, heavy duty & high speed. |
Trough Tracker This is installed on carrying side of belts and forms a supporting tracking system to augment the effort of main tracker roller. |
The Spill-Ex Universal Support System is effective to control belt sagging between the idlers and thus improve the performance of the skirt board sealing system. The support system is of Universal type which is fully adjustable to suit different belt widths, trough angles and conveyor profile encountered at various material handling sites.
It consists of :
A)Two support bars made of UHMWPE which has a very low coefficient of friction. This provides a very smooth supporting surface for the belt to slide on.
B)An arrangement to adjust the portion of the support bars with respect to the belt.
The Tega innovated SPILL-EX skirt sealing system is simple yet effective in making conveyor loading stations completely spillage free.
Side Skirt Sealing :Skirt sealing is generally provided on both sides of the skirt board; however, for conveyors that are inclined upwards or for those handling fines, sealing of the rear of the belt is necessary.
Rear Skirt Sealing :Rear skirt sealing is provided with a fixed length backing Skirt plate that is based on belt width. The height of the rubber blocks are 100 mm more than the standard size of the side skirt sealing to compensate for trough height.
