The ART-3D series of Automatic Ratio Testers are precision instruments, designed to measure the turn ratios, phase displacements, excitation currents of single phase and three phase power, distribution and instrument transformers in conformity to the IEEE C57.12.90 & IEC 60076. Now featuring an enhanced test lead design, the ART-3D is the perfect instrument for real-life field usage. ART-3D series also has Anti Induction circuit which makes it suitable for system voltages upto 765KV.

As a stand-alone unit, static testing can be performed with a direct readout on a built in LCD meter. When used in conjunction with the Weis SA100, SA100R or SA100RS switchgear analyser breaker tester (having a travel input for breaker mechanism movement), a dynamic micro-ohm test can be made that will give detailed information about the state of fixed contact surfaces, moving contact surfaces, main contact, arcing contact and the complete current circuit of the breaker in every step during a close-open operation.

Phasing Out Sticks are used to phase out two sources of supply directly at high tension level without the use of Pts.

Indication : Direct Voltage read out on the KV meter. (When two sources are in Phase, potential difference is minimum & when two voltages are out of phase, potential difference is maximum).

Protection : Inbuilt HV Protective Resistors against shorts and grounds CARRYING CASE : Padded Nylon or Hard carrying case for storage and transportation.

Automatic Microprocessor Based Moisture Titrator (PPM Meter) Model VM-III is designed for accurate estimation of moisture in various samples.
The instrument works on Coulometric Principle. Water is titrated by electrolytic generation of Karl Fischer Reagent within the reaction vessel. It is equipped with a generator which generates the Karl Fischer Reagent in the titration cell itself to react with the moisture present in the sample The main unit of the equipment consists of a built-in magnetic stirrer, necessary controls and a microprocessor based circuitry of advanced type with feather touch membrane key pad. An Error Indicator indicates the defect in vessel charge or generator solution and electrodes if any. On entering the requisite data on the key pad and pressing the START key, the instrument performs all the functions automatically and presents the final result on the digital display in terms of total moisture in the sample in Milligrams or PPM or Percentage as desired. The VM-III requires no calibration or calculations of the Titre Factor and is always ready to accept the samples.

Interfacial Tensiometer is used for precise determination of both surface and interfacial tension of oil against water by ring method to values within + 0.05 Dynes. The surface as well as interfacial tension of oil depends on the purity of oil. If water, sludge, suspended particles are present in the oil the values of surface and interfacial tension of oil will change. The equipment measures interfacial tension of oil in accordance to IS:6104-1971. The equipment is available in automatic as well as manual versions.
