Hard Chrome Plating is accepted standard of Metal Finishing technique particularly for machine parts like rotating parts of motors, pumps, compressors, hydraulically and pneumatically operated equipments etc. which are subject to wear and tear due to friction. A major advantage of Hard Chrome Plating is that, it is a relatively COLD process, there is no fear of distortion of metal. Therefore components can be designed more economically. Other benefits accrue due to an excellent adhesion of the Chrome metal to the base material, a substantial improvement in surface finish and long life due to lesser erosion. By analyzing Customer's needs, we service them by various sizes of baths. The maximum size of bath having 1 mtrs in diameter and 6 mtrs in height. It has got semi automatic rectifier of 12 volts & 10000 Amps with accurate temperature controllers for the bath. The plating solution is backed up with in-house chemical laboratory for regular chemical analysis.

The Maximum capacity for Grinding Machine is 1250 mm in diameter and 4500 mm in Length. The Plant is equipped with highly skilled operators who deliver exact customer requirements. TCI is having ability to grind true radial crown, convex or concave cambering precisely to the new or used rolls.
