TACKLERS Single Scissor Lift Tables comes with short platform high vertical travel. These Hydraulic Scissor Lift Platforms are simple and universal devices to bridge for height differences, to move goods between different levels.
Hydraulic Single Scissor Lift tables are quite effective as they saves labor, eliminates injury & increases production levels and employee safety on the loading dock and throughout the facility.
OPERATIONS:
    • Power options include Manual Hydraulic Hand Pump, Electric 110V; 3 Phase; with a choice of 110V push-button or foot-pedal control.
    • Fixed type or Mobile type tables are available.
    • Safety unloads pickup trucks, cars, vans and irregular semi trucks and trailers quickly and efficiently.
    • Easy operation with push-button turns loading dock into one-man operation.
    • Designed for flush-with-floor or in-pit installation. Allows easy access to forklift or pallet truck then raises to desired loading height.

Chain Pulley Blocks Cranes
TACKLERS Techno Industries make Manual-Hand Chain Pulley Blocks are available in 11 varying capacities ranging from 0.5 Tone to 30 Tones as per IS-3832 specifications. The Rigid Frame is built from steel plates with high factor of safety.
The Chain Pulley Block comprises of Load chain Wheels are made of S.G. Iron / Malleable Casting with accurate Chain Sprockets for smooth running.
Steel forged Hooks are confirming as per IS8610 & fitted in upper arm block made out of heavy duty S.G. Iron / Malleable Casting.
Gears are made from Nickel-Chrome / Alloy steel case hardened.
These Gears are accurately machined and teeth generated on hobbing machine to correct involutes for high bending stress and low wear.
The Block has a Load wheel mounted on Ball Bearings for smooth operation. Hand wheel is manufactured from graded casting as per IS-210 norms. Screw and friction type self-actuating load pressure brakes ensure safety at all positions.
Grade 80 alloy steel chain as per IS-6216 specifications, is uniformly welded electrically. The alloy-steel is duly heat-treated for ductility, toughness and wear resistance.
Compared to the Light Duty Chain Pulley Block, TACKLERS are rugged. Moreover, the higher hand-wheel diameter reduces efforts and increases vertical travel.

TACKLERS has a wide range of Industrial Transfer Cars Trolley to suit the job and application. This Motorized Transfer Trolley is used on Rail / Square bar for definite travel in Painting shops, quarries, Warehouses and multi-bay workshops for transferring loads.
The Trolleys are non-standard and designed considering pay load. Various parameters for considering the pay load include the Dimension of the load, Point Loading / U.D.Load, Speed, Length, Width & Height. The Structure is made out of IS-2062 M.S. structural steel and wheels are made from Alloy steel to suit the load and profile of Rail / Square Bar.
The top platform can be a chequered plate Plain or with a turning table in paint shop or with perforated sheets, depending upon the application.
Power feeding is done through Cable Reeling Drum, Insulated Shrouded System and Contactors Power Systems.
