We are a firm which performs full Fire security and safety consulting services. We will be working as a team member with your people of the design & construction staff. We offer our clients a vast knowledge in the organization of this kind of project. These include, evaluation of the needs, Fire safety and security surveys/audits, proposing recommendations, drafting of plans (with extensive cad capabilities), specifications, procedures development, and evaluation of products - systems, hardware/software and potential vendors, as needed. Also we will evaluate vulnerability studies for the Architect and/or appropriate people in your organization.
Our clients consist primarily of high-rise buildings, which require compliance assurance in general, as well as specific concern assistance of Fire safety and security and also Fire safety equipment’s and Fire trainings.
We can undertake Fire Auditing, Planning for Fire Protection and Fire Safety Training to the personnel in O&M of Fire Protection Equipment’s and System.
We can be the Corporate Fire Auditor and improvising safety standard with modern technology. We are also undertaking design and preparation of the Technical specification, assisting to identify the vendor and certify the quality and standard of work executed as a third party agency.

SCOPE OF WORK : cope of Works involved in the project would be discussed along with Clients in detail and a Strategic Plan would be prepared. Project would be divided into various packages like:  Preparation of detailed Engineering Drawing  Preparation of Technical Drawing co-ordination with Architect/Consultant with other service area  Preparation of Tender Document  Finalization of Vendor for Fire Protection Works  Supervision of Fire Protection works at various different stages  Co-ordination for obtaining Occupancy certificate from Fire Department for Clearance Tender Packages Co-ordination for obtaining Occupancy certificate from Fire Department for Clearance Tender Event Schedule A Tender Event Schedule would be prepared based on timeline specified in the Master Construction Program Monthly Reports Monthly monitoring of Tender Event Schedule would ensure timely release of Tenders and timely award of works.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT : Quality Plan Detailed quality plan is obtained from Contractor, and review the same as per the requirement of Project Technical Specifications Material Approvals /Sample Approvals If required: Approval of materials is made mandatory for all new materials procured by Contractor for the project. Samples have to be provided in a specific format provided by TFC and the same would be forwarded to Architect / Consultant for necessary approvals. Any deviation from the technical specifications has to be highlighted to Clients and the approval from the client has to be sought. If deviation in the technical specification do not affect the quality of the work.
