Electrical heating Scope:

The Air inside the Tray Dryer is heated by "U" tube MS/S.S. air heaters each of 1 KW. TheHeaters are fitted on the sides of the dryer to facilitate uniform heating. Maximum temperatureAttained inside the dryer is 100' C and will be indicated and controlled by a Digital Temperature indicator cum controller over full range of heating load.

Trays Description:

• Trays will be manufactured from 1.6 mm Alluminium /MS/SS sheets as per clients application.
• The dimensions of Trays are 16" x 32" x 1.25".
• Trays have rounded corners with' mirror finish from inside and outside. Quality is available on demand

Racks And Trolleys

• Racks are provided for trays inside the Dryer.
• They are of fixed type for 12 & 24 Trays Models.
• For 48, 96 and 192 Trays Models racks are provided with wheels to slide them in and out of the Dryer.
• An additional S.S, trolley for Racks for outside movement can be provided on request

We are offering rotary dryers.Rotary drier instruction:- the drier is widely used for drying materials in the industries of cement, mine, contraction, chemical, food, compound fertilizer, etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to control drier temperature. The temperature change of drier's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature (generally 250-350o) rotary drier structure:- drier machine is mainly composed of shell, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc. Rotary drier working principle:- this drier adopts direct flow type of heating with heat source from firing unit. The material to be dried is pushed back immediately by spiral board when enters the shell from feeding tank and feeding chute. Because the drier is installed in slope, material flows to the back end under gravity and rotation force, meanwhile, it is lifted by board repeatedly and thrown down accordingly, which make the material form even curtain, and exchange heat sufficiently with inner the heat flow. In the end, water in the material is dried by repeatedly scattering.

We are offering sand dryers.Rotary drier instruction :- sand dryer is also known as rotary sand dryer. For the drying of sand , the rotary dryer is used widely, and usually it is single drum sand dryer and triple-pass drum sand dryer. Rotary drier structure:- drum, gear, ring, carrier roller, air pipe, high pressure draught fan, reducer machine, chimney, cyclone dust catcher, 50mm thickness heat insulating layer, feeder, electric control box, belt conveyor, etc. Rotary drier working principle:- firstly, use one belt conveyor or bucket elevator to send the wet silica sand into the drum of sand dryer. On the inner wall of the cilinderdrum, there are many lifting plates which is welded according to one special methods. when the sand dryer drum is rotating, these lifting plates makes the sand up and down to mix with the hot air completely. Durng this process, the moisture is evaporated. on the another side of the silica sand dryer, there is one high pressure draught fan which sucks out the steam, and then the steam goes into the cyclone dust separator. In the cyclone dust separator, the dust inside the steam falls down and goes out through the discharging hole of the cyclone dust separator. The steam goes into atmosphere directly through the chimney which is connected to the cyclone dust separator. Furnace for the sand dryer usually has two types. For the handling capacity below 30 th, our company's new design hot air furnace is very suitable. We have produced well the hot air furnace at our factory, and later when the user gets the hot air furnace, the user only need to connect the hot air furnace to the sand dryer directly by themselves. It will save the user much time and cost. When the handling capacity is bigger than 30th, the fluid bed furnace will be the best choice. The fluid bed furnace's heat efficiency is more than 95%, and you also can use the low level fuel such as brown coal, etc.

The tray dryer instrument or drying oven is largely used for ageing, drying, heating purpose.
