These are designed in a manner to build the dust collection cartridges in equipment; where as the pleated bags are used for existing dust collector in place of conventional dust collection bags, without any modifications. We make these cartridges using polyester media of high tenacity filament without using any binding agent. manufactured using thermal tight bonded media these bags are washable and provides excellent pleats and known for their stable structure, fine dust release and good particle penetration resistance. Further, the filter media is pleated in diverse pleated depths and height to accommodated preferred filtration area. We supply specifically designed oceanic melt blown pp cartridges that provide consistent filtration in a wide range of liquid process applications across various sectors. These filteration cartridges are fabricated from highly pure polypropylene resin which ensure surfactants, anti-static agents, binders and adhesive free cartridges. These filtration cartridges hold melt blown microscopic fibers along with fixed pore structure that provide efficiency, integrity and optimum particle retention from process stream. Further, these filtration cartridges have redial fibers which help in distributing gradiently that later on becomes loose from inside to outside. Outer layer provides enough dirt absorbent resulting in reducing filter resistance which ensures enough rigid structure. The inner layer is fine which stops the smaller particles that ensure high quality filtration. These filtration cartridges are available in removal ratings from 0.5 to 100 micron and in continuous length of 4 to 50 inches.
