  • The TS and TSS are highly durable rubber elements offering remarkable flexibility in all directions.
  • These are essentially consist of highly flexible steel lamination and fabric reinforced diaphragm designed to transmit very high torque while compensating for Axial, Redial and Angular shaft dis-placement either in single or in combination.

Introduction

  • This is modified form of the protected type flange coupling.
  • This type of coupling has pins and it works with coupling bolts.
  • The rubber bushes are used over the pins.
  • The coupling has two halves dissimilar in construction.
  • The pins are rigidly fastened by nuts to one of the flange and kept loose on the other flange.
  • This coupling is used to connect shafts which having a small parallel misalignment, angular misalignment or axial misalignment.
  • In this coupling the rubber bushing absorbs shocks and vibration during its operations.

  • The TAC/TVN coupling is an axial pluggable highly flexible coupling developed for a variety of different applications.
  • This disc element is vulcanized at its inner radius, the outer radius is connected to the flanged casing by a plug-in toothing.
  • This toothing provides the axial plug-in feature and compensation of shaft displacements.

Introduction

  • The TAC/TVN coupling is an axial pluggable highly flexible coupling developed for a variety of different applications.
  • This disc element is vulcanized at its inner radius, the outer radius is connected to the flanged casing by a plug-in toothing.
  • This toothing provides the axial plug-in feature and compensation of shaft displacements.

Introduction :  TC introduces unique replacement for Gear Coupling.The TBC type coupling constructed by Cast Steel and Heavy duty Rubber Blocks.Rubber blocks are available in different stiffness to match the application requirement.
