Our Single Toggle Jaw Crushers are heavy duty machines designed to crush toughest of the ores. Jaw Crushers are primary stage crushers which take the brunt of rocks coming in to the plant in natural (gravel) or blasted (mined) form.
Cone Crushers are mostly secondary stage reducers, though used in tertiary and quaternary stages in high capacity crushing plants. Our cone crushers have large feed size opening (to accept odd oversized material coming out of jaw crusher), and a large setting range to ensure that customer gets what he wants 020mm (concrete aggregates) or 040mm (road aggregates) or 070mm (road sub base).
We manufacture new generation, autogenous Vertical shaft Impact Crushers which work on rock on rock principle to produce cubicle shape and high quality construction sand. The three port rotor of VSI which is held by a high strength forged shaft & radial bearings spins at a range of 1000 1800 rpm.
