High Pressure Medium Speed Grinder could process barite, limestone, ceramic, slag and other 280 kinds of non flammable material whose Mohs hardness is less than 9.3, moisture is less than 6%, it is applied powder milling in mining, metallurgy, chemical engineering and construction material industry fine powder process, final product size could be adjusted between 80-425 mesh (finest size could be 1000 mesh), 30-80 mesh coarse powder could be produced by adding a special device.
Working principleHigh pressure medium speed grinder mill hosts 1000-1500 kg high-pressure spring fastening on roller suspender. After working grinding roller rotates around spindle and rolling close to the grinding ring under the high pressure spring and centrifugal force. Its rolling pressure is 1.2 times of Raymond powder machine under the same conditions so the output is much improved. When the material is put into grinding chamber it was grinded between grinding roller and grinding ring the powder was brought into analytical machine by recirculation air from air blower qualified powder was flowed into the cyclone powder collector the large particles was going to regrind. Circulating air return to blower to repeat the above process and the left air entered the Wind bag filter for purification. When the grinding roller and grinding ring reached a certain wear and tear which could ensure a stable yield and fineness under the steady pressure by adjusting the length of high-pressure spring.

AdvantageSpring Protection SystemThis protection spring is set at the either head of two movable rollers; the working pressure is designed according to the compressive strength of crushing materials. When the Crusher works this protection spring device has no action on the whole but if the crusher encounters hard metal pieces the protection spring can quickly retreat and it will quickly return to its original position after the hard metal pieces fall.

Working principle1 Four-roller Crusher 4 PG series roller crushers use high extrusion pressure and ground shearing force created by the two sets of individually driven grinding rollers through relatively rotating. When materials enter in V-shaped crushing cavity formed by two grinding rollers they will be crushed by two grinding rollers. Small particles after being crushed will be along the tangent of the rollers. Through the clearance of two grinding rollers the material will be extruded and sheared for the first time (coarse crushing) and then again go into the roller below for second extrusion and tooth grinding(fine crushing) . The ideal particles will finally discharge. 2 Double-Roller Crusher 2 PG series roller crusher is mainly composed of frame transmission device crushing roller adjustment device and spring safety device etc. Through the motor triangle pulley drive gear to rotate the roller two rollers relatively rotate. The Ore enters into the crushing space between two rollers due to the effect of friction and will be squeezed and crushed. Crushed material will discharge through the gap between the two rollers under the action of gravity. The minimum distance between the two rollers is the discharging mouth width.

Working principleRaymond mill whole structure is constituted by main machine analytical engine plumbing installation and air blower crusher elevator electromagnetism vibrating feeder and electric motor. After being crushed to requested size material will be taken to storage hopper by elevator then vibrating feeder will convey material evenly and continuously to main machine grinding chamber under the force of centrifugal grinding roller swing outward and press on grinding ring shovel blade scoops material up to gap between roll and ring grinding roller rolls to grind material. After being grinded fine powder will be taken to classifier to be classified coarse material will fall down to be reground standard fine powder will go to finished product cyclone collector and discharged by discharge powder tube. There is moisture in material the heat caused by grinding process makes moisture evaporated all the connectors of pipe are not close-connected outside air will be inhaled cyclic pressure will be increased grinding mill could work under condition of negative pressure state incremental air will be discharged to dust collector through ductwork and it will be discharge into atmosphere after purification.
