Tamra manufactures high purity copper anodes in different shapes and sizes for electrolytic copper plating. Nuggets and bar anodes are produced by a continuous casting process, while balls are produced by forging. After fabrication and sizing, the anodes are cleaned and washed so they are ready to use when they arrive.
Tamra provides two grades of copper to meet the needs of most plating. The oxygen content of oxygen free anodes is controlled to less than 10ppm to provide uniform dissolution in cyanide, pyrophosphate and fluoborate baths. Phosphorised copper anodes containing 0.04-0.06 percent phosphorus are required for acid copper solutions.
Nuggets are the most common form of copper anode. They are typically 1 in diameter by one-inch-long, but other sizes are available. Both OF and Phosphorus copper nuggets are available.
PHOSPHORUS COPPER ANODE(DHP Gr)Tamra phosphorous copper anode with high quality plating properties, commences with supreme quality copper cathode melted with precision % of phosphorous under vigilant controlled conditions. Cast continuous rods are produced in inert atmosphere without any scope of copper's contact with air. Stage inspections are assured and monitored strictly during further process. Thus the oxygen free melt remains 0.04-0.06% consistently.
APPLICATIONSTamra is well known for its high purity oxygen free copper, which is immune against hydrogen embrittlement. It is used in applications where high electrical and thermal conductivity are the essential requirements. It can be joined with all welding and brazing methods and it is suitable for manufacturing processes requiring extreme deformability.
Our Oxygen Free Wire Rod is produced with high-quality cathodes with a copper content of more than 99.99%. It is perfectly suited for continuous extrusion applications, renewable energy, magnet wire, satellite and space field, etc. Special attention is given to purity throughout the manufacturing process.

Round:A scratch free annealed Copper / Aluminium wire are produced using the best European technology ensures Tamra to produce joint-less conductors of highest quality.

TAMRA manufactures a broad range of flexible bunched and strands which are used primarily in specialty single and multiconductor cables also used in special applications like motor brush leads, circuit breaker shunts and flexible bus bar.
Strands and cables are typically made of bare or tinned copper wire but strands and cables for special purposes can be manufactured using silver-plated copper & nickel-plated copper.
At TAMRA Bunching is done on double twist bunchers suitable for variety of cross sections handling delicate wires as 0.05 mm and capable to deliver mostly any type of construction including complex unilay geometry.
Stranding, at TAMRA is done both on planetary and rigid machines to handle flexible (class V) wires and solid / thick wires. Compacted conductors and shaped conductors is TAMRAs specialty.
Tamra flexbile connector are manufactured by braided tapes with bare, tin or silber coated copper diameter of 0.10 /0.20 mm . Standrd flexible are non insualted and can be custom designed .Our braided connector are used wherever conductor are exposed to permanent motion and vibration.
