Manual cutting blow pipe, is a well balanced injector type or nozzle mixing type, capable of cutting mild steel up to a thickness of 300mm. It can be used either dissolved acetylene in cylinder or with low pressure generated Acetylene. With a suitable nozzle, it can be used with LPG also. Its special designed body and head are of forged brass, eliminating casting porosity, ensuring total safety and backfire.

TAKNIK cabinet type drying oven ensures longer life of electrode at store, specially for re – drying the electrode having excess moisture than the consistent capacity of the flux of electrode. It is designed as a cabinet type store containing five self trays of weight 25/50 kgs of electrode (approx.). It has front opening door with lock facility. Normally, any special / low hydrogen electrode should be re – dried for one hour as 150 deg. C to 250 deg. C before use to exit excess moisture contained in the quoted flux.

TIG Rods and TungstenIn TIG welding, there’s a lot going on. You have a shielding gas, usually argon, running through the torch. You have an electrode that’s made of tungsten, which is an extremely hard steel that stands up to high heat. But depending on the weld metal, the electrode needs a special alloy ingredient added so it can provide a stable arc and uncontaminated weld.
Finally, you’ll often be welding with filler rod in your other hand. That makes three consumables that get used up and replaced periodically.

Tungsten ElectrodesTechnically, the tungsten used in welding is not viewed as a consumable, since it’s not meant to serve as filler rod. A seasoned welder can make a tungsten electrode last a long time. A newbie, on the either hand, may go through one seven-inch tungsten every week. The electrodes are packed in various quantities (10 packs are the most popular). They come in seven or three inch lengths, which correspond to the two standard tips are available with TIG torches. The electrodes come in a range of diameters similar to stick welding.

The safety “Flash back arrestor” is exclusively designed to eliminate every possibility of explosion or fire caused by flashback due to any reason. The flashback arrestor is useful for fitting on Gas Regulator & Welding / Heating / Cutting blowpipe. This safety device cuts off the gas flow in case of back fire.
It provides device to easy flow of gas during normal operation of Welding / Cutting but seize fire as soon as fire reach to the fire arresting device provided there in. Beside it Non return valve is also provided which locks the gas pressure if any adverse / excess flow pressure occurs in device due to any reason. Non return valve becomes normal as soon as flow come in its normal operation.
