GMP point of view, Communiting Mill is provided with SS cladding on base, belt guards and cover on motor. No exposed painted surface on top of the machine. Motor rails, screws and guide rods are chrome plated.Beaters assembly is in a separate pillow blocks for ease in maintenance. Very less down time, as only beaters assembly will have to be reversed (and not the complete chamber) for making it knife to impact forward or vice-versa which can be done by operator.Swing type beaters assembly is provided as a standard supply, which increases the output by 10 to 30% and is easy to clean.Beaters and shaft are of HCHC quality and beaters are further hardened and hard chrome plated. Beaters are fitted on a splined shaft.Transmission of heat to the chamber from the bearings is minimum as they are away in separate pillow blocks. This facilitates to some extent in processing of heat sensitive products.Beaters assembly is dynamically balanced which reduces vibration and noise level and increases bearing life.Castors are provided for mobility and brakes can be applied for fixing machine at one place.Communiting mill is available in plain & water jacketed type, the most suitable for pharmaceutical industry. Flameproof electricals can be provided on demand at extra cost.

  • There is not any painted parts in tablet manufacturing zone as all parts are made of stainless material or gunmetal or of hard chrome plated.
  • Detachable control panel is provided for all electrical controls on the top. Acrylic cover is also provided toprotect controls from dust. The press has anti vibrating mounts and excellent paint other than tablet manufacturing zone wherever it is required.
  • Excellent bottom driven force feeding system for material feeding. Gravity type feeding can be provided optionally. Two layer / bilayer attachment can also be provided optionally.
  • Designed with a view to minimize change over time. The weight adjustment section is easily removable which provides easy access to lower punch die sets for the removal / replacement of lower punch die sets.
  • The hand wheel is easily located for indexing the turret during tool change over by a single operator.
  • Dust extractor nozzle is specially designed which can be connected with a dust extractor keeping it away from press.
