Double Seat valve provides for the safe separation of incompatible fluids in a compact design with significant advantages over traditional block and bleeds installations. By integrating two butterfly discs and independent vent/drain valves into a common housing, the Double Seat valve completely isolates the cleanable leakage chamber with a single valve housing and actuator. In case of accident or leakage, the product will flow into the leakage chamber and be discharged through the leakage outlet. This will not cause contamination or mixing. When the valve is open, the leakage chamber is closed. The product can then flow from one pipe to another. CIP system can be used to clean the valve.  

Diaphragm valves, manual and pneumatically operated, are specially designed for use on aseptic processes in the pharmaceutical industry. The valve has Silicon diaphragm with forged body. The valve design is abrasion-resistant and non-clogging. The valve has a top-entry design, allowing in-line maintenance. Especially suitable for the aseptic operating conditions under high temperature sterilization. It is installed with threaded ends. 2. sanitary ball valve is a three-way ball valve. It has two configurations: T type and L type. It consists of one valve body, valve covers and PTFE valve seats. It is installed with threaded ends. 3. sanitary ball valve is a two-piece ball valve, consisting of one valve body, valve adapters and two PTFE valve seats. It is installed with clamped ends.
