Wires

Our product range contains a wide range of galvanized steel core wire, CO2 MIG Welding Wire, tig welding wires, Copper Coated Wires and HHB Wire

Galvanized Steel Core Wire

ACSR Core wire is used in reinforcement of aluminum conductors used in distribution and transmission of electricity, High carbon drawn wires are galvanized using hot-dip galvanizing process, Our stringent processes ensure maximum strength, consistent surface finishand long life to the product, The galvanized steel core maybe single wire or stranded. We supply wire in two forms: ACSR core wire single, Stranded wire.

Zinc Wire

  • diameters 0.90 mm
Systematic steel are proud galvanized or GI wire manufacturers too.A galvanized wire is a mild steel wire that is coated with zinc, through a hot-dipped galvanizing process. The wires are given a bright and smooth finish to ensure superior quality. Due to its high resistance to moisture and any mechanical damage, GI wires are extensively used in farming, fencing and poultry. In farming applications, GI wires are used forcreeper cages and tomato cages. They are also used for tying grapes, tomatoes and kiwis. They are zinc coated in 30-300 gm2and have a diameter of 1.40 mm and above. In chain-link fences, barbed wires, welded wire meshes, and concertina fences, galvanized wires are prominently used. They are zinc coated in 30-300 gm2and generally available in diameters of between 2.00 mm and 4.00 mmGI Wires with diameters of 0.90 mm and above are used in poultry cage manufacturing. They are zinc coated in 90-300 gm2.

GI Wire

Galvanisation is an industrial process by which a coating of zinc is applied to sheets of steel or iron to act as a protective layer against corrosion, most commonly in the form of rusting. By immersing a sheet of iron or stainless steel in a molten bath, the metal is alloyed with a layer of zinc, which prevents corrosive elements from reaching the underlying metal. The coated sheet of stainless steel is then used much in the same way as an uncoated sheet would be and is drawn into wires or other industrial applications. Even when scratched, zinc acts as a sacrificial element and protects the exposed metal from reacting with the environment by corroding first. Manufacturers tend to prefer galvanised steel to stainless steel because the former proves more cost efficient and has a relatively longer life cycle. In areas where the tensile strength of stainless steel also requires further strengthening in terms of corrosion resistance, hot dip galvanised steel finds a vast array of applications in roofing, walling, safety handrails and so on.
