Spillage in bulk material handling system is a perennial problem, particularly at transfer points. Conventional rubber was being used until recently. However, in the prevailing scenario of higher productivity norms, this conventional system is obsolete. Synergy offers a technically superior, better designed, skirt sealing system to meet stringent operational requirement.
The STARCLEAN scrapers are of German origin from the house of Schulte-Strathaus with class leading cleaning efficiency and operating life. At any given point of time, this scraper are automatically adjustable to the belt hence nullify any requirement for re-adjustment and maintenance.
Our ranges of scrapers are suitable for Reversible operation. User can choose Primary Scraper blades of PU or Tungsten Carbide, Secondary Scraper are strictly made of Tungsten Carbide.
We offer specially designed press which can repair a belt on site, to ensure extended belt life. With this press the longitudinal slit, localized damage, holes or any other similar external injury can be repaired.
Synergy offers impact pads for very low co-efficient of friction, high abrasion resistance, high impact absorption and effective support to the conveyor belts.
The cradles on which the pads are fixed follows a unique design based on our experience and impact requirement. The pads are made of profiles that are combination of UHMW (Ultra Height Molecular Weight) and Wear Resistant rubber of required mechanical properties. The pads are available in various combination thicknesses appropriate to a working condition. Installation services are available from synergy for mechanical structure and the pads.
Edge wear is a common phenomenon with conveyor belt especially in steel cord belts.Rebuilding the edge for restoring capacity becomes an absolute necessity wherever the edge wear is noticed on a longer section of the belt. In such a situation we offer well designed edge repair press which is portable and can rebuild the edge in longer sections.
Popularly known as belt coiler and De-coiler or Belt Reeler, this equipment has assumed a very critical component of commissioning a new belt and replacing the old belt with minimal effort. With heavy duty conveyors finding place in the material handling sector, such equipments has become an integral part for Pipe conveyor and long-distance conveyor installations. In modern conveyor systems, a belt reel can weigh as heavy as 60 tonnes and invariably demand a suitably engineered equipment.
