• RFID Tyre Tag can be fitted inside each tyre thus providing a unique identification to each tyre. The TagID can be configured to include the vehicle no, tyre brand, tyre make & tyre serial no. Using UHF RFID Handheld Reader, the tags fitted inside tyre can be read after vehicle comes from a trip and/or before vehicle goes for a trip. Reading RFID tags on the tyre before or after trip will provide visibility of the tyres movement within the fleet to the owners. This will also help in reducing & detecting pilferage of tyres.
• By reading other parameters viz., Tyre Pressure & Thread Depth will allow help the fleet owner to understand the performance of the tyre and take corrective measure to increase the life of the tyres.
• We have developed an Android App 'TireSenso' to record the tagid, air pressure & thread depth based on vehicle no & vehicle type.
