Vacuum is created with the help of Axial Flow fan and thus air is sucked from outside of the paint room. Air enters through Inlet Filters and so air is filtered and dust and other foreign particles are filtered enabling us to prevent deposition of impurities on job being painted. The air flowing downwards takes the over sprayed paint and passes through paint trap filters where paint particles are filtered and clean air is discharged outside paint room. Paint Trap filters can be replaced periodically.

In open air blasting, recovery of abrasive material is very tedious, time consuming and costly task and also the efforts made thereof do not result in efficient recovery. In Blast Room System having appropriate abrasive recovery system the task becomes very easy and cost effective resulting in saving material and operation costs.

Based on induction-suction principle, Suction Blasting Machine is recommend for cleaning & de-buring small and medium size objects. Syncgar can be used for preparation of steel and non ferrous metal surfaces prior to coating, as cutting media for water jet cutting machines, engraving of stone and glass, cleaning of concrete and brickwork, cleaning of components in contamination sensitive areas, and bonded and coated abrasives.

The abrasive particles are suspended in liquid, generally water, and pumped to the nozzle in slurry form. The compressed air stream is supplied in the nozzle to increase the velocity and positive pressure when it comes in contact with abrasive slurry. The pressure pump is made up of wear resistant material. Use of wet blaster is recommended for surface finishing operations and light mark. Synborcano TM Pressure Blasting Series:Pressure Blasting Series Synborcano Nozzles not only utilize the same fine 19mm (3/4") thread as the Short Series nozzles, but also feature a longer, venture style design. Swing Table Type Blasting Machine:Previously cleaning with chisel, hammer, wire bushes and screw drivers and other tools for cleaning and removing sand, rust was taking long time, with wheel type shot blasting machine surface finish is achieved in 10 to 15 minutes.  Some of the foundries are shot blasting 30 to 40 tones of castings in 12 hours. The most important alternative to dry filter spray booths are water-wash booths. Instead of collecting overspray in the filters, a constant stream (curtain) of water collects over sprayed paint particles from the air. Water flowing down makes the curtain which collects much of the overspray. In the entrainment section, suction is generated with the help of exhaust fan and it forces over sprayed paint to mix in water curtain. Sludge collected in water tank shall be removed and disposed off regularly. An agitator can be provided to restrict sludge to be deposited in tank. Water tank and paint chamber are coated with Zinc or Aluminium to protect it from corrosion. The complete body may be made in stainless steel for long life in wet conditions
