Based on direct pressure principle, the pressure blaster emits the abrasive at high velocity that cleans foreign material from surface rapidly. Faster than the suction blaster, Pressure blaster is recommended for removal of scale, rust, corrosion, coating, paints, cleaning of castings and forgings, surface preparation etc.
Syncogrit is a sharp, hard, angular, metallic impact abrasive media ideally suited for extremely fast impact blast cleaning of steel and iron objects. Its friability makes it break down during recycling to form smaller particles, inheriting the same sharp, angular properties and shape as the original particles. This unique feature of SyncogritTM results in faster cleaning rates and high productivity. As the particle shape is constantly maintained the abrasive is highly suitable when repeatable, consistent surface profile and finish is desired. Syncogrit is ideally suited for compressed air blasting application especially when is high production rate is required.
It can be appropriately used in SYNCO compressed air dry blasting machines working on pressure induction suction, and pressure vacuum blasting principles. Being lower in cost it is an economical alternative for steel abrasives. It also offers a viable alternative to copper slag or other expendable abrasive media as it can be recycled up to 50 times.

We manufacture Paint Spray Rooms to help improve painting quality and maintain a pollution free environment. Vacuum is created with the help of Axial Flow fan and thus air is sucked from outside of the paint room. Air enters through Inlet Filters and so air is filtered and dust and other foreign particles are filtered enabling us to prevent deposition of impurities on job being painted.
The air flowing downwards takes the over sprayed paint and passes through paint trap filters where paint particles are filtered and clean air is discharged outside paint room. Paint Trap filters can be replaced periodically.
Syncgar is derived from mined Almandine mineral deposits which is the heaviest and hardest of the all garnet types, resulting in an ideal abrasive grain for blasting applications. Syncgar has sub angular shape leading to extremely fast cutting rates resulting in lower abrasive consumption. The high specific gravity of Syncgar , and its low breakdown rate, results in significantly reduced dust levels, ensuring good operator visibility and lesser risk to personnel or environmental contamination in surrounding areas when compared with other expendable minerallic abrasive media.
The low consumption rate and recyclability up to 5 times reduces the volume of waste for disposal. Being a naturally occurring mineral it is non-polluting to the environment. Syncgar can be used for preparation of steel and non ferrous metal surfaces prior to coating, as cutting media for water jet cutting machines, engraving of stone and glass, cleaning of concrete and brickwork, cleaning of components in contamination sensitive areas, and bonded and coated abrasives.
Based on induction-suction principle, suction blaster is recommend for cleaning & de-buring small and medium size objects. It ensures uniform and continuous cleaning & finishing each time through the automatic abrasive reclaimer unit. Suction blasting is useful for cleaning of dies/moulds, air craft maintenance etc.

Blasting with SyncgritTM is ideal for aggressive cleaning applications. SyncgritTM quickly strips surface contaminants of almost all kinds from steel and other foundry metals. SyncgritTM is softer than Aluminum Oxide and does not fracture as easily, making it ideal for applications requiring lesser cutting action, quick cleaning and economy such as aircraft and aerospace applications. The angular nature of SyncgritTM produces an etched surface on metal for superior adhesion of paint, epoxy, enamel, rubber and other coatings.
This machine is the most convienent product to convey in a steel bar or tube. The angle of the diabolos determines the helix and the speed of the forward movement. A wide angle will increase the number of revolutions per foot of forward movement and conversely a narrow angle will decrease the numbers.
The diabolo form of rotation and traversing is used. The loading and unloading is done by means of manipulators. The machine may be used to blast objects in the form/shape of bars, tubes etc.
The rolls are etched for generating desired surface roughness so that the sheets being rolled out can have inbuilt roughness to facilitate proper bonding of paint. Periodically, these rolls are etched for maintaining desired surface roughness. We have developed a Roll Etching machine for this purpose.
In the Flame spray process, the raw material in the form of a single wire, cord or powder, is melted in an oxygen-fuel gas flame. This molten material is atomised by a cone of compressed air and propelled towards the workpiece.
The abrasive particles are suspended in liquid, generally water, and pumped to the nozzle in slurry form. The compressed air stream is supplied in the nozzle to increase the velocity and positive pressure when it comes in contact with abrasive slurry. The pressure pump is made up of wear resistant material. Use of wet blaster is recommended for surface finishing operations and light mark.
It is also useful in cleaning, deburing holes and precision cutting tools which are inaccessible by any other method. With use of fine abrasive, a surface can be super finished with wet blasting.

In Fabric bag dust collector, dust-laden air is drawn from the blast room into fabric bags of the dust collector with the help of exhaust fan. Dust is retained inside the bags and fresh air goes into atmosphere. The bags shaking mechanism shakes the bags periodically through timer controls to remove dust from bags

These are tailor-made or custom built machines designed for specific purposes wherein the work pieces may be tumbled, rotated, rolled, carried, even pushed, all according to necessity, convenience and economy. In these machines the work is carried upon hangers suspended from an overhead monorail.
This type of machine may be classed as a single or multiple pass, indexing, spinner hanger or straight through type. Again the machine may be single or multi wheel type depending on the product size and the required output. The overhead conveyor type machine can be designed to carry weights up to 4 tons per hanger.
The layout of monorails circuits may be unlimited in variety. Overhead plants have two outstanding features; continuity of production and flexibility. There are very few workpieces that are not capable of being suspended by some type of suitable hanger.

The DIS Dry Ice Systems cleaning system represents one of the major innovations in the sector of industrial cleaning. Conventional methods for removing paint, dirt, grease, release agents and other surface coatings are very time consuming and labour intensive. Dry ice is CO2 (carbon dioxide) in compressed form. CO2 is an odourless, natural and non toxic gas. In the beverage industry for instance it is added to several drinks.
Syncolox is an angular sharp edged, durable impact blasting abrasive, which can be recycled many times. It is the most suitably used abrasive process media for sand blast finishing and surface preparation in view of its cost, longevity and hardness matrix. Harder than most commonly used blasting media, Syncolox grit powder is capable of penetrating and cutting even the hardest metals and sintered carbide. Being about 50% lighter than metallic media, Syncolox abrasive grain has twice as many particles per kg. The fast cutting action minimizes damage to thin materials by eliminating surface stresses caused by heavier, slower cutting media. SyncoloxTM grit powder has a wide variety of applications, which includes cleaning engine heads, valves, pistons and turbine blades in the aircraft industry and lettering in monument and marker inscriptions.
It is almost ubiquitously used for matte finishing, cleaning and desired surface roughening of parts for metalizing, plating and welding.Syncolox abrasive grain is the best choice for an abrasive sand blasting and polishing process media also for preparing of surface for painting. As a premier aluminum oxide abrasive process media supplier, we recommend using virgin, brown aluminum oxide for optimal performance as against reprocessed or remanufactured product. Syncolox Virgin, brown aluminum oxide is grit size, is consistent and cuts much faster than sand, leaving a smoother surface. Generally, the larger the grit size, the faster the Syncolox aluminum oxide will cut.
Syncoslag is a low cost expendable media suited for impact blast cleaning in open, due to its low cost and silica free nature ensuring no health hazard linked to the use of silica sand. Its sharp, hard cutting edges ensure a fast cleaning action and excellent surface profile preparation. It is one of the most economical abrasives media available for cleaning steel surfaces where recovery and reuse are not practical like in case of shapes during maintenance, tank forms, pipe lines and other large structures.
Syncoslag is typically used for removal of mill scale, rust, paint layers, dirt and old coating; and creation of deep surface profiles or required for superior adhesion of the subsequent coatings. It can also be used as an additive for floor hardening.
SyncoLite Glass Beads are an established blasting media for air assisted blasting applications using pressure induction, suction and wet blasting principles and is used for cleaning, conditioning or peening metallic surfaces. SyncoLite is manufactured from highgrade crushed and sized glass cullet, which is melted to a spherical shape and annealed for uniform and controlled internal stresses and superior fracture resistance.These transparent spheres which are non abrasive in nature function without any damage to or dimensional change in the surface of the object embedment, contamination or pickup. Depending on the selection of size and operating parameters, SyncoLite achieves desired surface finish and texture from fine matte to bright satin.
Decorative and special effects are achieved by using masking stencils and blasting exposed surfaces with SyncoLite.Critically tolerant objects, dies, moulds, component etc. can be cleaned, deburred, textured without removing any base metal, ensuring the sanctity of the critical tolerances due to the intrinsic quality of Syncolite glass beads. In addition, the inherent strength of glass beads allows it to survive multiple impacts, making it extremely suitable for use in closed cycle blasting equipment fitted with recycling facilities. Being chemically inert, and nontoxic, SyncoLite Glass Beads do not leave any unwanted or ferrous residue on blasted surfaces. Spent media which is not contaminated is environmentally harmless.
Powder Spray Gun is a thermal spraying gun to deposit metals, ceramics or cermets available in powder form on to solid work surfaces. The powder to be sprayed is fed by gravity through a metering valve and is drawn at a reduced pressure into an aspirator chamber. The powder is then propelled through an oxy-acetylene flame. The flame melts the powder and propels the fine molten metal particles towards the work surface to be deposited there in the form of a coating. The gun has several merits. As only a minute amount of the powder is lost by being blown away or consumed in the flame, the deposit efficiencies are very high, nearly 100% in some cases. Sprayed coatings are dense and uniform.
The gun can be operated both manually as well as held in a tool post for large volume automatic production. The design of the gun is such that it can spray a wide variety of powders without changing nozzle.
In the Arc Spray process, the raw material in the form of a pair of metallic wires is melted by means of an electric arc. The molten material is atomised by compressed air and propelled towards the workpiece. This gun is the result of our extrenuous R&D Activities which we continually endeavor upon.
The combination of the proven, rugged drive mechanism with the high volume air flow capability, together with a new improved nozzle design, truly makes this gun a state-of-the-art arc spray gun.
Airless Paint Spraying Equipments are suitable where better paint finish, gloss of paint, and aesthetic results of the machine are prime requirements. Apart from this, being high pressure pumps Airless Pumps give high output of paint and thus saves time, man power, paint & cost by giving high efficiency.
It is also possible to spray high build paints for anti corrosive painting with Airless Pump as it generates high pressure which is required to atomize high build paint.
One hose system:
The pellets stored in the hopper are drawn into the air stream by using the rotating disc. Pellets and compressed air are propelled together through the blast hose to the gun.
E-Jet- The all-rounder -
The stored pellets from the hopper are fed into the pellet hose by a feeder spiral. The second hose carries pressurized air to the blast gun where a vacuum is created. Due to the vacuum in the pellet hose the granulates are sucked gently to the blast gun. Pellets and pressurized air are mixed in the chamber of the blast gun and then propelled through an exactly calculated nozzle on to the object to be cleaned.
