Stock Coffee Bags With Valve
There is new revolution now in liquid packaging called spout pouches. In past liquid was packed in rigid containers, plastic containers, glass bottles, plastic bottles. This entire product consumes huge plastic and it is very difficult to dispose bottles and containers after usage due to this product is bulky in nature and requires more space to dispose.
Now we introduce spout pouches. Our pouches consume less plastic so it is environmentally friendly packaging and they are recyclable. These Stock Spout Pouches are cheaper than bottles and containers and we can print 360 degree high graphical images.
Transportation of spout pouches is very easy compared with bottles and containers. In one truck we can ship 700000 spout pouches compared with 100000 bottles. So we save fuel and environment. Filling from pouch: We can fill the pouch with funnel from the pouch. The pouch is top open so after filling product from pouch with fennel we have to heat seal the pouch with the help of heat sealer. There is a fully automatic machine available for filling spout pouches.
Filling from spout : We can fill the pouch with funnel from spout and apply cap. If we want to fill product from spout than we need minimum 15mm diameter of spout so fennel can go inside the pouch. This style is good for manual filling because we do not have to use heat sealer after filling the product.

Vacuum bags is made of multilayer films. There are two type of vacuum bags available first one is laminated vacuum bags and second is co extruded vacuum bags.
Laminated vacuum bags : Laminated vacuum bags is mainly used in custom print vacuum bags of vacuum bags. The upper layer is of BOPA nylon film 12 to 20 microns. This BOPA film is reverse printed with custom design with the help of rotogravure printing. Than BOPA film is laminated with LLDPE film. The printing gets sandwiched in between two layers. So there is no chance of print getting out of bag even the pouches are scratched from top. After lamination the print is sandwiched and vacuum pouch printed shines very well. We can make different styles of pouches like three side seal bag, stand up pouch, side gusset bags, etc.
We can fix zippers in Stock Vacuum bags, euro slot, sombrero hole, round hole, cut mark etc to make vacuum pouch more visible in the shelf by hanging them.

Co extruded vacuum bags :
Co extruded vacuum bags has their own limitation. We cannot print high graphic jobs in this type of packaging. We can only do surface printed jobs where there is a chance the print getting out and the print do not have much shine due to print is in the surface of the film.
Co extruded bags are cheaper than laminated vacuum bags. Product shelf life is not so good comparing with laminated vacuum bags. Our bags can be used to pack sea food, fish, mussels, meat, lobster, salmon fish, nuts, dates, spiecs, super foods, pork, dried fruits.
We manufacture side gusset bags which are mostly used to pack roasted coffee beans. Due to gusset in both the side the bags can easily open and filled faster. We can custom print pouches upto 9 colors and use material like plastic, paper, matt finish, transparent clear bags etc.

There is lots of misunderstanding going on with biodegradable bags and compostable bags. Now swiss pac will explain in very simple language the main difference between these two types of bags.
Biodegradable bags : This bags is made with 90% plastic polymers or 10% of additives. These additives are acidic in nature and it slowly starts up eating the plastic. After some time the plastic is eaten up and the plastic is cut into small pieces. But this small plastic piece will not 100% totally compost and become fertilizer. This small little plastic will take years to compost into the soil and will further damage our environment and soil. So biodegradable plastic bags are not 100% environmentally friendly packaging.
Compostable bags : this bag is made with 100% renewal source of products such as corn starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, wheat starch, rice starch, maize starch, or any type of wood pulp etc. This type of bags are truly compostable because after the bags are used and buried in soil the bags starts to become fertilizer and is eaten up by the bacteria and fully becomes soil after some time. Swiss pac usa makes their own one way degassing valves which is patented design. Our valves allows inside air of package escapes outside while preventing outside air cannot go inside.
Our degassing valve are commonly used in coffee packaging bags. After roasting coffee beans takes out very high CO2 gas for many days. At the same time roasted beans needs to stay away from oxygen and moisture for fresh taste of roasted beans. So coffee beans needs to pack immediately after roasting. Our degassing valve helps taking out CO2 from the bags.
