We at Swastik Technologies are engaged in manufactures of Body Lock Clamps for Tipper Dumper Trucks. The body lock clamp is proven to prolong tipper life, by reducing the damage caused by body rattle, which commonly occurs when empty. When travelling without a load it is common for a trucks body to rattle due to the vibrations caused by uneven road surfaces. Over time this can cause damage to the chassis and even cracks in the body, which can result in unscheduled maintenance requirements or even reduced service life.
The rattling of empty tipper bodies is a real problem for operators, and one which can lead to early failure and reduced profits. The body lock clamp is an efficient solution which improves service life and reduces noise pollution. The Body Lock clamp is suitable for use with most tipping vehicles and is proven to stop empty bodies from rattling in transit thus preventing damage to the chassis and tipper.

Frame of the body clamp can be either in Aluminium or Mild Steel.

Swastik Technologies is the manufacturer of Sander Balloons, which is designed to run on various tools like Angle Polishers, Straight Grinders & Flexible shaft Grinders. When an abrasive belt is fitted on the balloon and inflated to a prescribed air pressure, it is suitable for various blending, finishing operations on ferrous and non ferrous metals.
Due to flexibility in the balloon, it confines to different contours of work piece. The material of construction of balloon helps prevent chatter marks, smearing and undue patterns by uniformly distributing pressure across the balloon. The material removal rate can be controlled by adjusting the air pressure.

We specialize in the manufacture of standard and customized O rings and oil seals for all sealing applications. O rings are available in sizes from 3-500mm.The tolerances on d2 is 0.1mm and ID is from -0.1 to -0.2mm. Rubber raw material is sourced from major suppliers of raw material and test certificates can be made available.

General : O rings are a seal which prevents leakage of gas or Fluid. O rings is easy to install and needs very less installstion Space. With correct grooving and space the O ring can be used for a long period of time.

Description : The O ring is a closed circle made of Flexible rubber. The dimensions are defined by the interior diameter d1 and Cord diameter d2.

How O Rings Work :

• The O ring sealant effect is due to the elastic deformation of the cross section d2, in an appropriately shaped installation space. The circular cross section is changed to elliptical in this installation space which seals the gap in contact or sealing surface and groove. Sealing effect is due to the deformation of the circular O ring. Its extent is determined by groove depth. The compression forces that arise due to this deformation seal the make the seal in the system.
• Any pressure of the medium to be sealed tensions the O ring additionally and this is beneficial to the seal as its effect is increased. The pressure the O ring against the groove facing away from that pressure to avoid the ring be pressed in the seal gap in the process this should be as small as possible.

  • Operating Temperature : - 4 to 110 Degrees Centigrade.

• Silicone/VMQ O rings :
  • Operating Temperatures : - 65 to 200 Degree Centigrade

• Viton / FKM O Rings :
  • Operating Temperatures : - 25 to 230 degrees centigrade.
  • Resistant : Low Compression, Oils, Chemicals and temperatures.
