Hot Melt Adhesive Film
SWABOND : THK is a 100% solid, non shrinking and non toxic HOT MELTconverted into a ADHESIVE FILM for ease of use. SWABOND : THK FILMS can bond and adhere practically any two component materials together when used with Heat and Pressure during processing. SWABOND : THK FILMS are activated to act as ADHESIVE at a nominal temperature of approx 95 105 C at their surface - means that this temperature should be imparted on our FILM directly or indirectly to activate it and convert it into a ADHESIVE for Bonding. Just place SWABOND : THK FILM between the two substrates to be Bonded or Laminated and apply the suitable Heat and Pressure in your Equipment to get your Final Composite. SWABOND : THK has excellent adhesion, high cohesion, good application properties with no spraying involved minimising wastages. With the use of SWABOND : THK, 1 the bonding has excellent mechanical, chemical and waterproof properties.
