The process involves drawing of thin conductors from bright electrolytic grade copper rods (99.9% pure) and annealed conductors are bunched together.Specially formulated grade of FRPVC compound is capable of with standing higher conductor temperatures. Continuous rating of 105C and intermittent rating of 125C enables the cable to be overload without endangering safety. The insulation is resistant to boiling water , stream and vapours to prevent aging and cracking in practical usage in kitchens, bathrooms, damp walls, chemical industries etc.

Quality Control: FRPVC insulated copper conductor (unheated) wire and cables are manufactured in sizes from 0.50 to 16 sq.mm. in single core. High quality standards are in-built in Minimax Cables. Strict quality control at every stage from raw material, production and finely at finish products ensure that the Minimax cables meet National & International standards. The cables are confirm to ISI standards which offers complete safety and protection against electrical shocks, short circuits and fires.

Paper-insulated flat and Round wires are manufactured as individual conductor or as multi-conductor (twin or triple). The conductor can be bare rectangular / round copper or enamel rectangular / round copper.

We have facility to provide insulation thickness up to 5.00mmover Copper / Aluminium conductors.
