ddgs conveying system is used in distillery plant for conveying and recycling the ddgs to dryer. It consist of set of screw conveyors horizontal, vertical and fabricated in ss304 grade steel.
screw conveyors are widely used to convey material at fast and economical ways. Screw conveyors are designed as per client requirements horizontal screw conveyor & inclined screw conveyor are widely used. These are manufactured in ss316, ss304 and is2062 grade of steel.
Screw Conveyors can be operated with the flow of material inclined upward. This is a very economical method of elevating and conveying. A standard Screw Conveyor Can be inclined from 15° to 35°. These conveyors range from size 150 mm to Dist 6000 Long and are supplied in IS 2062 Gr. B, SS304, SS316 Grade of Material.
This is used in pigment industry to break the lumps and also convey the broken lumps prior to noodling operation and is fabricated in SS304/SS316 Grade of material capacity ranges from 400 kgs/Hr to 1500 kgs/Hr.
