Manufactured by using specially treated Aluminum Oxide grains & bonded in Resin Over Resin bond (Bond Code BX-72) backed with specially processed cotton cloth backing & mounted on 6 mm diameter spindle suitable to maintain uniform flap wear during operation so that with every rotation of the wheel fresh cutting edges will come up which gives chatter free, non loading & non rubbing operation resulting in uniform cutting with consistent finish. Its flexibility & superior bonding of flaps with spindle are the added advantages during operation.

Manufactured with strong vulcanized fiber backing with specially treated aluminium oxide and zirconium grains in resin over resin bond. The vulcanized fiber ensures heavy strength, tear resistance & durability with extreme flexibility resulting in uniform material removal with consistent finish throughout the operation.

Available in wide size ranges suitable for all types of center less, back-stand, stroke, drum, through feed and edge type sanders in varied industrial operations right from heavy stock removal to fine finish.

Manufactured by using specially treated Aluminum Oxide Grains added with anti loading and clogging agent and bonded in Resin/Glue/Resin (Bond Code BX 63) and Resin Over Resin (Bond Codes BX 99, BX 45) bonds backed with heavy weight cotton cloth and extra heavy weight Poly-Cot cloth backings.
