These arils are cleaned, dewatered and frozen using IQF, designed to halt microbial activities that can cause deterioration of food. The IQF arils are put through a sieve, inspected and packed. The packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and stored at -18C.

Fresh pineapples of the queen variety are used to make frozen pineapple Dices/Chunks. The fruits are ripened, sorted, washed, de cored, and peeled .Then it is hand cut in the form of chunks or dices using dicer. The chunks or dices are cleansed, dewatered and transferred to the IQF. The IQF chunks or dices are put through a sieve, inspected and packed. The packed cartons are passed through metal detectors and stored at -18C.

Premium quality ripened fruits are graded, washed and peeled. The fruits are either made into balls by scooping or hand cut in the form of chunks as per customers request. The balls or chunks are cleansed, dewatered and transferred to the IQF. The IQF balls or chunks are put through a sieve, inspected, packed and then fed through a metal detector and stored at -18C.

Fresh mangoes with correct ripeness are chosen for processing. The ripened mangoes are sorted, washed, and peeled. The mangos are either sliced using slicer or hand cut or diced using dicer. The Dice/Chunks/Slices are cleansed, dewatered and frozen using IQF. The frozen produce is put through a sieve, inspected, packed and passed through metal detector and stored at -18C.
