For Many applications we need Synthetic slings but the temperature of the product goes upto 150 degree or more. We Supply slings with triplet heat resistant, load bearing sleeves which hug the product and bear most of the heat. The sleeves are designed so as to minimize the heat transfer to the inner core sling. These slings work safely till 160 degrees of temperature and to be used with strict guidelines laid down by the manufacturer
Endless slings are the most versatile of all the web sling configurations. They can be used in all three types of hitches and the wear points can be adjusted around the circumference of the sling to increase sling life. When used in a choker or basket hitch the legs can be spread for improved load control and balance. These slings are especially used in lifting pipe bundles and used in exports. These slings can be put in the product, machines, bundles etc and go alongwith the product till destination, giving the most economical, safe and efficient lifting to the products

Our Steel Wire Rope Slings are widely appreciated for dimensional accuracy and high strength. Manufactured in accordance with BIS standards, these are spliced using:
Mechanical Splicing / Hydraulic Pressing -Steel Wire Rope is formed into both ended looped sling and locked using an aluminum compound Ferrule which is further subjected to load under a hydraulic press of suitable capacity exerting exactly the desired load according to the rope Dia. This results in a permanent locked ferrule thereby forming the loop. This procedure is in adherence to IS 5245 Party II.
We offer Bag Slings in any length as per customers requirement. These are special type of slings used for lifting products requiring wider support / holding while lifting.These slings provide wide contact to surface area of the product for minimum slippage and even distribution of load on to sling while lifting.
