The new hydraulic track jacks with included pump HJ series, made with high quality material, ensure high lifting performances both in railway field and industrial field. The adequate length of the lever, the tap for lowering, the valve that limits overload, guarante precision in the work with minimum effort and maximum safety for the operator. The carrying structure, with rotation of 360 , is realized so to support the load both on the foot and on the head of the jack. Ergonomic handle positioned on the center of gravity of the frame for easy transport.

Designed to perform locking and unlocking wrenches, bolts and nuts for the anchorage of the rail to the railway sleeper and equipped with a rotating head for tightening and loosening fasteners of the railway jaws. The hydraulic transmission is used to adjust the tightening torque which is indicated by a gauge on the crankcase. The user movements are assisted by electro-sensors. This machine is distinguished by the speed of processing, in fact it is equipped with a hydraulic pump for screwing and loosening fast, while a second high-pressure hydraulic pump is activated automatically only to give the maximum torque at the beginning of unscrewing or at the end of screwing. Its handling combined with the robustness of all its components makes it unique in the market.

Designed to make the re-profiling of the rail head after the cut of the residual alumino-thermic welding. It is equipped with alightweight petrolengine, which involves a low fuel consumption. It also has a continuous forced cycle system of lubrication and carbonation, which allows to tilt the machine by 90 and therefore the grinding of all the rail head. The transmission from the engineto the grindingstone happens thanks to a V-belt witha tensioner. The pulley system, the belt and the tensioner are located in a special compartment that protect them, during the machines operation, from the sparks of the stone. The wheels, the translation rollers located in ball bearings, the arc for the tilt adjustment of the engine, the comfortable handlebar and the aluminium frame make safe and easy to use this machine, which can be moved thanks to the handlebar located in its body.

Designed to execute totally safety the alluminothermic welding of the rail. It is composed of a strong structure able to withstand the high stresses of the tensile force. The petrol Honda engine, controls a hydraulic power unit with a gear pump at low pressure for rapid approach of the rail as a radial pins pumpwhich comes into operation automatically for a controlled and calibrated regulation so as to give the maximum pulling force , the control spool valve, 4 hydraulic cylinders with safety lock, 8 stainless steel clamps to block the rail thanks to shooting bars and anchoring pins.
