Aluminium Anodizing Chemicals

S.S. 001 (Stannous (Tin) Sulphate) & Aluminum Anodizing Chemicals S.S. 002 (Stabilizer). These products are used for various electrocolouring such as Light Brown to black. S.S. 001 and S.S.002 are added together at a certain ration in the bath and act as supplementary to each other. Where as S.S.  001 produces required colour. S.S. 002 acts as a stabilizer.

  • S.S 003 (Cold Sealing Powder) : S.S. 003 is used for cold sealing. Perfect sealing is attained within almost no time compared to hot sealing process. No steam is required. The bath is to be operated at a certain ph, temperature and concentration of S.S. 003 product.
  • S.S. 004 (Additive for Anodizing Bath) : It is used as an additive in anodizing bath for uniform anodizing, reducing consumption of sulphuric acid, saving refrigeration power and increasing life of anodizing bath.
  • Aluminium Anodizing chemicals : S.S. 005 (Additive for Caustic Bath) It is an additive for caustic bath. It acts as a degreaser and prevents stone forming in the bath.
  • S.S. 006 (Golden Colour) : The application of S.S. 006 is to produce golden colour on aluminium Extruded products.
  • S.S. 007 (Red colour) : The application of S.S. 007 is to produce break red to classic Red colour.
