They are made up from a tubular trough equipped with at least one inlet and outlet spout, a welded flange at each tube end, screw & spring with a coupling bush at each end, two end bearing assemblies complete with self-adjusting shaft sealing unit, a number of intermediate hanger bearings depending on the overall length of the screw conveyor. Tubular Screw Conveyors are equipped with gear motor that suits the application and comes in a medium-heavy-duty design only.
Fluid Bed Dryer offers a lucid solution to drying of wet granules. It utilizes the principle of passing the hot air at a high velocity through the bed of the material to be dried, causing it to float on a cushion of air.
The process air is supplied to the bed through a special perforated distributor plate and flows through the bed of solids at a velocity sufficient to support the weight of particles in a fluidized state.
Bubbles form and collapse within the fluidized bed of material, promoting intense particle movement. In this state, the solids behave like a free flowing boiling liquid. Very high heat and mass transfer values are obtained as a result of the intimate contact with the solids and the differential velocities between individual particles and the fluidized gas.

The rotary air lock valves are specially designed for gravity feeding and pneumatically conveying of granular products. The configuration of the body and rotor has been developed specifically to minimise degradation whilst retaining the best possible pocket filling efficiency.
Dirty gas enters from the bottom of the bag filter unit and flows upwards through the filter bags. The metal cage prevents collapse of the bag. Dust particles filtered and settled at the outer peripheral of the filter tube.
Bags are cleaned by a reverse jet of compressed air, injected through nozzle just above the bag holding plate nearer to filter bags. A venturi nozzle provided at the filter bag opening accelerates the compressed air. Since the duration of compressed
air jet short time, the filter tube become balloon for short time. This expansion of filter bag for short time of remove the dust cake formation and the dislodged dust falls into a storage hopper below. Reverse-pulse-jet dust collectors can be operated continuously and cleaned without interruption of flow because the burst of compressed air is very small compared with the total volume of dusty air through the collector. Also, the continuous-cleaning feature allows them to operate at higher air-to-cloth ratios, so the space requirements are lower.
This cleaning mechanism works with the help of digital sequential timer attached to the fabric filter. This timer indicates the solenoid valve to inject the air to the blow pipe.

Cyclone body will be cylindrical in the top portion and conical shape at the bottom as shown in the drawing. The air stream will enter into the cyclone body tangentially in the top cylindrical with high velocity. The top portion of the cyclone body guides the air to move in a circular path in high velocity. A cyclonic effect (twister) will be created inside the body and the air stream move downwards in the heavier dust particles in the helical pattern. The heavier particles in the air stream have too much inertia while moving in cyclonic effect and move towards outer peripheral of the cyclonic effect in the air stream. When the particles are striking the inner surface of the cyclonic body, it will lose its momentum and fall down. In a conical system, as the rotating flow moves towards the narrow end of the cyclone, the rotational radius of the stream is reduced, thus separating smaller and smaller particles.
