Applications of blast rooms : derusting, descaling, deburring and surface preparation before thermal spray and painting. The main feature of blast room system is that the operator is inside the room during the blasting process. A protective suit and a helmet protect the operator from abrasive impact, and a fresh air supply provides sufficient ventilation through the blasters helmet. Blast rooms are used for big components or components where automatic blasting would be too expensive. In combination with nozzle manipulators installed in the blast room, surfaces can be automatically processed and areas that are hard to access can be blasted manually. The Machine is equipped with multiple Blast Wheel Stations for throwing Shots on the paver blocks/ stone slabs to achieve desired finish/roughness or texture. The paver blocks / Stone Slabs are moved on Special Conveyor of the Machine. This conveyor carrys components into blast cabinet for processing. The desired texture / finishing/ roughness can be obtained by varying speed of Conveyor / speed of Blast Wheel / size of Shots etc. Loading and unloading can also be automated.Â

The Blasting Room System is equipped with proper Light, Dust Collector, Main Door with Louvres and Portable Blasting Machine. The Recovery System of the blast room can be Mini Hopper type where in the abrasives falling in to the hopper are carried to the Cyclone with Suction air Current. These abrasives get cleaned during the process & re-circulated. The other type of Recovery System is Mechanical Recovery System with Screw Conveyors & Bucket Elevators. The System also conveys the material to the Blasting Machine through Screw Conveyor & Bucket Elevator System and the abrasives get cleaned in the course of movement to the Portable Blasting Machine.
The machine works on a dry mix principle. The material is duly filled into the feeding hopper from where it falls into the chamber of revolving rotor. The mix is then transported in a continuous process to the air chamber; from there it is blown by the compressed air stream through the hose to the spraying nozzle, and to the application area respectively. Water is added to the dry concrete in the nozzle at the end of the conveying hose pipe. The machine is driven by electric motor.
