Shot Peening Machine houses Special Blast Wheel Unit developed for Peening Application which throw shots on component to be peened.
Quantity of Shots, Direction & Velocity of Shots and size distribution of Shots can be controlled by providing various accessories.
Shots of higher hardness (having hardness 2 HRC above the hardness of component) is used.
