We offer a wide range of Industrial and Technical Equipment. Lacquering Plant is one of the many plants manufactured by us which finds its application in paint shop. Lacquering Plant gets heated indirectly when clean air is circulated over stainless steel fabricated heat exchangers. Lacquering plant is angle iron fabricated in which insulated cassettes are fixed. Heat resistant sealant seals are used in the joint between the cassettes. The Lacquering Plant comprises of Easy Cure Curing Ovens whose parts are uniform and free from discoloration or dirt rejects. Cure oven heating system gradually and steadily raises the part temperature from the ambient temperature to the set point temperature even before the parts enter the oven. Once the parts reach the set point, they will be maintained within 2 to 3% of this set point temperature beginning from the top to the bottom for the remaining conveyor path in the oven. Oven Construction : Our ovens are of a modular design that is made using interlocking oven panels. Our ovens contain non-settling, non-combustible, non-asbestos type industrial insulation rated for 500ºF. These oven panels are supported by a substantial structural steel framework that is designed with an allowance to prevent uncontrolled expansion from repeated heat up and cool down cycles. What is Pre Treatment Process?Pretreatment process is one of the most important and essential parts of the Powder Coating or Painting process. As all the materials, which have to be Powder Coated / Painted has to be totally cleaned and free from dust, oil, rust, scale and any other impurity on the surface. The materials, which need to be Painted/Powder Coated must be cleaned properly, and should be free from oil, rust, scale, dust and any other type of impurity, if any. This entire process is referred by the name of Pretreatment Process. The process consists of up to eight tank system; materials that need to be passed through diverse industrial chemical process and the result should be a crystal clean surface of metal with a protective coat. Dip in Three in One solution for phosphating and passivation. Then the components are taken, dried and Powder Coated / Painted for casting or making forged components. Generally, they are shot/sand blasted and then powder coated/ painted. However, these components are to be coated within one hour of being shot/sand blasted, as they are prone to catch the moisture from atmosphere and turn yellow.

Our CED Plant works on the concept of Opposite Attracts, wherein the Cathodic Epoxy Electro Coating Plant electrically places the paint on components and metal parts and ensures the organic finish. ProcessA DC charge is applied to a metal component immersed in a bath comprising of oppositely charged paint particles. The paint particles, which are deposited on the component to a point where the coating reaches the desired thickness and an even, continuous film is formed over every surface, crevice and corner. Once desired thickness is attained, the film insulates, resulting in stopping of attraction between paint particle and the component, thus completing the process. Depending upon the end use, you can choose either protective, decorative or a combination electro coating.
