• Basic Concept (Wet Type)
• The Water wash spray booth has a washing tank, which contains a water/alkali mixture to break down sticky over spray resins. The broken down resin may be collected in this tank. Booth has a vertical Water Screen to catch over spray and carry it down into the washing tank. This screen depends for its function on a circulating pump. Nozzles, Pipe works and Filters.
• Modern paints however are highly resistant to alkali attack and, since the over spray particles may have only a short contact with the alkali, sticky paint enters the pump, pipe work.

Metal Baffled Dry Back BoothThe main advantage in the Metallic Baffled Booths is that they can be cleaned by usual cleaning methods and reused, which resultantly reduces their maintenance cost. Coarse Filter Booths consist of specially designed and air calculated paint filters or air filters. 80 to 90 percent of the dry over spray dust is been trapped into these filters, thus leaving behind clear and less smoky air towards the exhauster. Coarse Filter Dry Back BoothThe main disadvantage in the Coarse Filter Dry Back Booths is that they can�t be cleaned by usual cleaning methods and reused as before, since the filters are to be replaced as per the paint accumulation frequency by new filters, thus increasing their maintenance cost. AvailabilityBoth the above Booths are available in sizes from 1500mm w (5 feet) and multiples of 750mm above. Also, these Booths are a good substitute for places where production is low and there is difficulty in disposal of wet paint sludge.
