Last Mile Distribution Refrigerated And Insulated Containers

Specification:
  • GRP sandwich panel base construction with DOMEX profiles for the base structural members.
  • The sub frame is of light-weight design and made of DOMEX materials and fitted to the base structure with twist bolts and nuts.
  • The base bottom skin is of 1.60mm(min) thick GRP joint less sheets and the top skin with marine grade plywood
  • The side panels, end panel and Roof shall be made out of interlocking type light weight extruded Aluminium panels(water proof construction).
  • Roof is additionally coated with FRP laminate to make it totally water proof.
  • All six sides are insulated with 80mm /100mm thick polyurethane foam having thermal conductivity of 0.017W/m Deg K and density in the range of 40-42 Kg/Cu M.
  • The four corners are provided with noise - free lifting hooks for empty handling of the containers.
  • Container interior is panelled with SS(Food Grade) sheets bonded to plywood and all joints are adequately sealed with SS sections (riveted construction).
  • The floor interior will be with SS (FG) sheets TIG welded and laid in the form of a Water Proof tray. The container interior is designed for routine water/steam washing.
  • The Container will be provided with a double leaf hinged door at the rear. Each door panel will be of sandwich panel construction with SS sheets for both inside & outside.
  • All door hardware like hinges, hinge brackets and Door locking hardware shall be of SS materials( polish finish).
  • The Container interior will have flush type , high luminous LED lights and the exterior indicator lights also will be of LED type.
  • The overall unladen weight of the container as per the above design will be 35 to 40% lighter compared to the conventional steel containers.
  • The Reefer plants of any international reputed make can be fitted as per OEM requirements.

Puf Insulated Container

Specification:
  • GRP Sandwich Floor with Stainless Steel profiles for the base peripheral members.
  • The Base bottom skin is 2 mm (min) thick GRP jointless sheets and top skin with Marine grade plywood.
  • The base structure is made out of Rolled Hollow sections for both transverse and longitudinal members.
  • All other container structurals are of MS press formed section, shot blasted and primer coated to protect from rust and corrosion.
  • The side panels are made out of MS press formed and shot blasted sections fully welded construction. Alternatively interlocking type Aluminium extruded flat sections (Water proof interlocking design) are also used for side panels.
  • Container Roof with MS press formed sections, shot blasted & painted and additionally coated with 3mm FRP laminate.
  • All six sides of the container are insulated with 80mm thick Polyurethane foam having thermal conductivity of 0.017W/mK and density in the range of 40-42 Kg/m3 .
  • Container interior panelled with SS 304 sheets bonded to plywood and all joints adequately sealed with SS flat sections (riveted construction).

Steel Dry Cargo Container

Specification:
  • All steel Dry Cargo containers are the most economical solution for transportation of general purpose commodities.
  • The containers are fabricated out of press formed MS steel sections for both structural and panelling.
  • The container after assembly will be shot blasted and primer coated for rust and corrosion protection.
  • The container floor shall be of composite plywood with PU varnish finish.
  • The container will have a pair of fully open type doors at the rear and a side door can be provided as an option.
  • Each door panel is provided with EPDM door seal ('J'cum 'C' type) and the doors will be water tight in closed condition.
  • The containers are integrated with the chassis with the help of sub frame and fasteners.
  • The container roof weld joints are coated with 3mm FRP lining for rust and corrosion protection.
  • There shall be 2 No lights for the interior, 2 No ventilators and 4 No indicator lights.
  • Dry Cargo containers with Flat side panels using interlocking type Aluminium extruded sections is also available as an option.
