This preferred flux composition for Hot dip Galvanizing. It contains highest purity of zinc ammonium chloride & additives for viscosity control. This gives controlled bonding of article is before entering into zinc kettle & assures consistent zinc coating with smooth & brighter finish. It is a fumeless flux which not only covers the entire bath surface to protect the zinc oxide formation but also take care of the rejection during the ash inclusion.
