SURAJ Micro Switches Type SM3 series (SPDT) are unsealed sensitive light weight momentary switches featuring snap action contact movement, high electrical rating and long life. These switches are precision built and small in size and shape of international design standards to meet requirements of numerous AC & DC applications where repeat accuracy is an essential need. SM3 Switches are operated by small force or movement either directly acting on the plunger or through a wide range of integral and auxiliary actuators including roller type and push buttons.

DESCRIPTION :
Suraj Limit Switches type LSR & LSRS have been specially designed to convert a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. The mechanical motion is usually in the form of a cam, a machine component or an object moving towards a predetermined position. The cam engages the limit switch roller lever or plunger and in turn makes or breaks an electrical contact inside the switch. This electrical control signal is then used to limit, position or reverse motion travel or to initiate another operating sequence it can also be used for counting, sorting or as a safety device. Typical applications of the suraj limit switch are in the control circuit of solenoids control relays and motor starters (Wthh control the motion of the machine tools) presses, conve ors hoists, elevators and practically every type of motor Driven machines.

ROTARY SWITCHES: "SURAJ" makes, hand operated, Rotary Switches, in open execution which incorporate rotary action, air break type Silver / Gold Plated wiping contacts, housed in an assembly of packets molded from anti-tracking thermosetting plastics. The stationary and moving contacts are operated by actuating mechanism to achieve desired switching action. Switch assembly is on packet principle giving choice of multi-position and multi-circuits, also makes complex switching combinations possible Switches are designed for ON LOAD switching and present range covers standard Rotary switches upto 100A/440 V.AC, upto 4 Poles & 8 position standard operations.Switches are used for make-break and isolation of power circuits and switching of auxiliary circuits.

SURAJ" toggle switches employ rocker-type contact mechanism, housed in an anti-tracking molded case (Bakelite / Melamine) with dust free performance. ( They are available with single pole and double pole - two or three positions, having Stay Put and momentary contacts. )
