The Arc Voltage Control maintains precise arc length by controlling arc voltage thus assuring high quality welds time after time on AC or DC applications. The control measures arc voltage and compares the measurements to the operator setting. It maintains the set arc length by moving the torch up or down as required via a motorized slide.
Aquasolpurge paper is used to dam Argon or Helium gases during Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding of stainless steel and aluminum pipes. The greatest advantage of Aquasolwater- soluble purge dams is that they can be placed in close proximity to a weld zone, then dissolved with water or steam introduced through the pipe.
The Pro OX-100 Kitis a durable, battery powered instrument that accurately measures oxygen concentration with 0.1%(1000ppm) with 0.01%(100ppm)resolution. The Pro OX-100 KitKit is ideally suited for high purity welding where evacuation of oxygen is paramount. Prior to welding, the pipe will be pre-purged to displace oxygen with an inert gas. Maintaining a consistent position of the torch over the weld joint is absolutely critical for automated welding. Tactile seam tracking employs an electromechanical probe that is mounted ahead of the torch. The probe has a tip that rides in the weld joint and when deflected causes the motorized slides to respond vertically or horizontally. The tactile seam tracker can be used to initially find the weld joint, then track the joint while welding, and retract the torch up and away from the part at weld completion.
Sinotec Heat Protection Fabrics/ Fire Blankets are used to protect equipment and personnel near hazardous operations, such as welding, flame cutting, grinding or spraying. The heat protection family of fabrics is made up of fiberglass and silica materials with working temperatures ranging from 600C to 1100C. These fabrics can be made into blankets, hanging curtains or are available as roll goods.
