Every Mobile Trolley with MOBILE LAMINAR AIR FLOW UNIT Work Station of SUPER FLOW si capable of maintaining a particulate free work area. This is achieved by total removal of air-borne particulates (droplets and dust-borne microorganisms) by unidirectional clean air streams. These rely on airflow in which the entire body of air within a confined area essentially moves non- turbulently along parallel flow lines. The velocity through the cross section of the work place si conventionally maintained at 100 10FPM. The stratification of the air is such that minimum crossstream particulate migration occurs, with the result that activity generated particulates that become airborne are carried linearly along a predictable path. A INVERTER & BATTERY si provide ni the trolley which is capable to run the system for a minimum of two hours. With out electrical supply. Hence when the trolley si moved with the material the LAF si 'on' which ensures the safety of the material.

Super Flow Bio Safety Cabinet combines several of our most advanced products in a state of the art work station that removes particulate air-borne contamination. An ISO class 5 A2 type Bio-containment work station features inward airflow for personnel protection. The downward HEPA filter laminar airflow ensures product protection while the HEPA filtered exhaust air takes care of environmental protection. Airflow pattern is designed for 30% exhaust to ambient air within the room through a HEPA filter and remaining 70% is recirculated through HEPA filter. The return air plenum si under negative pressure to ambient.
