Process Parameters:

• Addition Of Treatment Agents : The required amount of flux is then dispensed directly into the vortex and drawn down into the melt.
• Consumables Introduction:- shaft, rotor and baffle plate are first lowered into the melt.
• Vortex Formation: - The baffle plate is deactivated and rotor speed is increased to a point at which a vortex is created around the shaft
• Vortex Termination And Degassing: After the flux addition the baffle plate is activated again to terminate the vortex and initiate the degassing phase.

Process Series of Die Cast Unit

• Die coat inlet pump : After starting the Machine cycle die coat inlet pump fill the die coat into the die coat tank up to high level, Then pump will  OFF atomically. The pump will ON when level goes to low.
• Die coat ratio filling pump:- After filling the die coat tank up to high level,   then die coat ratio filling pump ON & fill the die coat ratio 1ltr or as per set  value in to the mixing tank.
• Volumetric flow meter: - Volumetric flow meter count the die coat qty which  we want to mix with water. The cycle again start when first batch transfer to  storage tank
• Water diaphragm valve:- After filling the die coat into the mixing tank  suddenly water diaphragm valve will ON & fill the water into the mixing tank 100 ltrs
• Mix die coat transfer pump:-After complete the die coat & water filling, ratio will maintain 1:100 ltr then mix die coat transfer pump will ON & transfer the mixture into the storage tank up to mixing tank go to low level.
• Stirrer for die coat mixing:-Stirrer work start after storage tank fill by the transfer pump to mixing the die coat. The mixing time define by user requirement.
• Mix die coat supply pump:-When the storage tank fill up by mix die coat then supply pump ON automatically, & start to supply of mix die coat to PDC machine with require pressure.

Our cast iron plunger tips have been widely accepted and used by reputed firms involved in pressure die casting. High quality and long lasting plunger tips made of FG-260 grade cast iron. Better machining and heat treatment process results in enhanced performance. The plunger tips are ground finished to provide better dimensional accuracy.

The molten sample is kept under vacuum for about 2 minutes, and residual gas inside the sample is indicated on the upper surface of the sample as well as very prominently indicated as blow holes when the sample is cut/machined. The size & the number of blow holes will depend on the gas content of the sample.

Technical Details

• Vacuum Pump – A high vacuum pump, driven by a 0.5hp single phase motor.
• Vacuum Regulator  – From feedback received from various users, it was found that various alloys require different level of vacuum. This can regulate the vacuum from 500 to -760mmHg (Effective range for vacuum sampling normally is between -630 and -760mmHg).
• Control Panel – Over- load protection for the motor is provided. Various LED indicators are mounted on the panel. The vacuum indication is thru a digital display & vacuum sensing is done by a vacuum (pressure) transmitter.
• Vacuum Chamber – The main component of this machine, so designed as to withstand high vacuum as well as to attain vacuum merely on closing the lid without any clamping required. The spherical chamber comprises of two hemispheres of SS -304. Each hemisphere is of a single piece.
