Sun chem pvt. Ltd. Has been manufacturing wire-rope lubricants for over 40 years. The lubricant used in the manufacturing process of a wire-rope is critical to the rope’s usage life and overall performance. Our products are designed keeping in mind our customer’s needs, thus ensuring the products which are supplied perform exactly as technically desired.
Our company manufactures two types of wire-rope lubricants :-

• Wax-Based
• Bitumen-Based

These lubricants are used in the manufacturing / servicing of wire-ropes meant for a wide variety of industries, such as – engineering, mining, haulage, elevator, fishing, thermal power plants, project & engineering, etc. Special colored lubricants used for strand identification in wire-ropes – these are also manufactured and supplied against special orders.

Sun Wrl-55 Wax based non-bituminous wire rope lubricant with anti corrosion and good tack properties.

Sun Coat 120 / 140 / 170 Bituminous based wire rope lubricants and open gear compounds. They have good load carrying ability and increase the life of ropes and gears by providing long term lubrication at even elevated temperatures and loads.

These oils pass vickers -104c vane pump test and meet is : 10522-1983gear oils :- sun chem ephp gear oil is a new technology gear oil meets all the requirements of api gl-4 and gl5. It is a long drain multi grade high performance gear oil. It is an ideal product for high pressure transmission. they are particularly recommended for gears working under heavy or shock load conditions. These gear oils have good thermal stability and oxidation resistance.rust preventives :-we are expert in catering a wide range of rust preventives, which include dry film and oil film rust preventives. These rust preventives provide protection to metal components and pipes from rust. It provides good heat transfer properties under high speed conditions.antistatic coning oils :- we are specialized in developing anti-static agents that are blended in highly purified base oils in combination with effective static charged neutralizing agents. These agents provide uninterrupted production due to yarn breakages. Further, we provide specific anti-static agents for various yarns and application as per our customers' specification. open gear compound :- sun chem ogc grades are black lubricants for open gears, wire ropes and chain lubrication. They have excellent thermal and chemical stability and have very good adhesiveness due to use of selected bituminous component. These grades are recommended to be used primarily in open gears of small presses to big gears of cement plants.
