Sun Filtration manufactures high quality liquid Filtration products. Sunfil offers Polypropylene, Polyester, Nylon Monofilament Mesh (NMO) filter bags for various industrial liquid filtrations.SUNFIL Filter bags are SewnWelded construction. Welded Filter bags are double protecting from damage in seems. Bottom seems are 100% welded both strong and flexible allows the filter bag to confirm to the shape of the retainer basket creating support as differential pressure builds. Welded construction completely eliminates unfiltered liquid bypass from occurring due to needle holes.
Nylon monofilament (NMO) precision woven filtration media offers enhanced removal characteristics and improved strength and durability. Each filament in the weave has been extruded with a consistent yarn diameter, enabling the filtration structure to deliver exact pore openings. As well, the smooth extruded surface allows the structure to be cleaned and reused in certain applications. NMO filter bags are available in micron ratings from 25 to 1250.

Introduction
Room side replaceable terminal modules with HEPA filters for pharmaceutical, food and biotech clean rooms are offered to suit ceiling grids. The terminal modules allow air from the HEPA filter fitted within the housing, to have a minimal time period in which to collect contamination from the surrounding parts of the housing.

The terminal modules with HEPA filters are designed to suit pharmaceutical, food & clean room applications with controlled air distribution.
Media and Its Function
The terminal modules are constructed with aluminum as well as powder coated galvanized sheets with DOP insertion points and upstream pressure tapping points along with balancing dampers with integral butterfly valves for easy operation. The modules are designed to facilitate change of HEPA filters within the clean room. These modules are designed to combine guaranteed HEPA final filtration and controlled air distribution.
The damper assembly is adjustable from within the room and is supported by a damper support channel permanently attached to the filter hood duct collar. The units are protected with a powder coated diamond pattern grille.

Oil-out laminated polypropylene filter Bags are the first line of defense in trace oil removal. This unique structure combines a polypropylene felt with a polypropylene micro-fiber, laminated together to provide excellent dirt holding capacity with extended oil removal capabilities. Oil-out filter bags are available in all industry standard sizes with a 10 micron nominal retention level.

Introduction
Fan filter units are self-powered filter units provide uniform air flow to meet cleanliness standards. The technology ensures uniform air flow across the filter face, free from noise and maintenance. The units are available in different sizes of 4' x 2', 3' x 2' and 2' x 2' in height of 14". The energy efficient, dynamically balanced centrifugal impeller with outer rotor motors ensures low noise level and most suitable for clean room applications.

The housing is fabricated with SS 304, SS 316, Aluminum, Galvanized sheet steel with suitable surface finish. This is equipped with room side replaceable H13 or H14 Mini pleat HEPA filter and 5 micron Pre filter. The modules are designed to facilitate change of HEPA filters within the clean room.
