Stylam Compact laminates are formulated with inner core of celluloid fibres impregnated with special thermosetting resins. These resins and the special heat and pressure cycles impart properties of a solid , load bearing hard laminate, which is resistant to wide range of atmospheric and chemical agents for use in internal and external atmospheric conditions. High values of Flexural strength and tensile strength ensures that these laminates are suitable for saw cutting, drilling, machining and punching as per requirement.

Stylam Industries Limited has been awarded European CE Certification for its both Internal and External application Compact laminates range by ITC Inc., Czech Republic and has fulfilled all requirements as applicable as per EN 438-7:2005. This process inculcates critical HPL properties likes strong bonding strength, better resistance to boiling water & stains and improved dimensional stability and use of imported overlay makes Stylam laminates highly scratch resistant.

Post Forming Laminate range has been exclusively designed for usage on vertical and horizontal interior surfaces where the laminate is required to roll in a simple radius over the edges of a substrate. With added fexibility, malleability and excellent thermoforming properties for forward and reverse bending applications, Post Forming Laminate enhances the decorative property of the edges of any regular laminate since it gives no seams around corners and a smooth, evenly laminated surface.

Post Forming Laminates are fully cured Post Forming laminates that are manufactured using a controlled reaction process. In this process, the resin is allowed to cure fully but the reaction is controlled in such a way that even extra heating will not have an rffect on its post forming properties. As these laminates are fully cured, they inherit and exhibit exactly the same properties as general purpose laminates.

Stylam post forming laminates are manufactured under controlled reaction process conditions. In this process, though the resin is allowed to cure fully but the reaction is controlled in such a way that laminates easily takes the contour of the curved surface with application of heat and pressure without cracking. These laminates also retain the same properties as general purpose laminate along with post-forming properties.
