Pulling eye ( Stocking) is a stocking of wire rope used to grip the OFC without damaging the ends of the OFC. Anti twist Device as the name indicates in used for removal of twist the unwrapping of OFC from the cable drum at site.

The rack mounted Coupler Module is a connectorised Coupler housed in a rac mountable case. The face plate replaces a single Six pack and is standard to industry rack mounts. This unit can be used for digital or analog networks.

Our DDF is used as a connecting panel for signals of 2 Mb/s, 8 Mb/s, 34 Mb/s, 140 Mb/s, 155 Mb/s. It provides a smooth flow of signals. It is an easy interconnecting device for digital streams between lower order and higher order digital multiplexing equipment and vice versa. It provides looping of streams and cross connecting one or more streams with patch chords thus testing and monitoring the signals without interrupting the normal communication link. We manufacture DDF in sizes of 2750mm and 2250 mm (as per customers requirements) with 8 DDM.

Grounding Bar- Shown on the left is an grounding bar of size 300mmX100mmX6mm with 24 holes of dia 10mm each. Also available is a grounding bar of size 300mmX50mmX6mm with 26 holes of dia 8mm each.

We can also manufacture a grounding bar of a different size and design as per the client's requirements.

This open frame rack, made of steel, is designed for mounting 19" communication equipment and patch panels. Supplied in a flat pack, easy to assemble, this open frame rack offers all-round accessibility.

These racks are duly electroplated for better conductivity and then powder coated.

Also supplied along with is a set of various Nuts and Bolts for its assembly.

We supply heavy duty anchor fasteners for its mounting on the floor.

Bulkhead Attenuator utilize a wavelength sensitive neutral density filters. Specify for 1310nm and 1550nm operation. Available in SC, ST, FC for 5dB, 10dB, 15dB, 20dB, 25dB, 30dB values.
Other values available on request.

Variable attenuator (Clip-On type) is a completely passive device which works by physical attenuation of a 3mm jacketed Singlemode cable. It can be attached at any point in a cable providing attenuation levels from 0 to >47dB at 1550nm, 0 to >21dB at 1310nm and low back reflection. Good for several uses.

FAN out length available in 24 or36 inches with your choice of connectors. Applications include terminating ribbon fiber to patch panels and enclosure.

Upon request, we will colour code duplex patchcords for easier identification. Stellar patch cord represents high quality, very low loss and maximum performance. Conductors:The conductors, drawn from bright electrolytic grade copper, are annealed and bunched together.

Insulation:Brunched conductors are insulated with specially formulated, in-house developed PVC compound with high insulation resistance values. The insulation process is carried out on model high speed extrusion lines with high accuracy, ensuring consistency in performance.

Sheath:in case of multicore cables, the insulated cores are laid up to from the core assembly. The inner cores are coded for ease of identification as per National/international coding practices. The sheathing is provided with specially formulated PVC compound to facilitate not only easy in stripping but also to withstand mechanical abrasion whole in use

Quality Control:High quality standards are built into every product. Right tests and checks at every stage, from raw material through manufacturing stages and finally upto the finished product ensure that cable meet National/International standards, and consumer approval.

PVC insulated single core and multicore sheathed cables are manufactured as per IS 694/1990, in sizes from 0.5 sq. mm. to 50 sq. mm. in single core, and in sizes 0.5 sq. mm. to 4 sq. mm. upto 5 cores. These sizes carry ISI mark and are duly approver by FIA/TAC. The rest of the sizes generally conform to IS: 694/1990.
