We offer complete power supply system with single battery but multiple output DC & AC Voltages using DC-DC Converter & Inverter modules.
Special Features :
The High Power DC Supplies are backed-up by the company’s valuable 29+ years of technical experience in the field of Power Electronics.
The DC Rectifiers are designed both regulated and un-regulated type and can be used for Ground maintenance of aircrafts and other related equipment. It can also be used for testing and starting of armed vehicles or for other applications.
The DC regulated supplies manufactured by Statcon Energiaa are designed to give highly stable, well regulated, low ripple output capable of meeting continuous as well as short time ranking duty DC loads demands.
In addition, the monitoring and alarm circuit ensures that the unit trips in case of any abnormal conditions which are necessary as per Govt. or MIL Standards for Defence equipments.
The technologies used for AC-DC are fully solid state including SCR controls as well as IGBT/MOSFET based SMPS technologies. It is available in a wide range from 50A to 2000 Amps (higher on request*). The DC regulated supplies are available in both free- standing models as well as trolley mounted options.
Statcon Energiaa’s Rotary Frequency Converters are designed to meet the rugged but specific AC power requirements in different frequency ranges. It can be used to convert 50Hz/60Hz into any other frequency of 50Hz/60Hz/100Hz/200Hz or 400Hz.
The Rotary Frequency Converters (RFCs) are designed and manufactured using the company’s rich experience in Rotary Machine Controllers, Power Electronics and Ground Power Unit. It uses DC motor with digital control for the prime mover while brush-less alternator is used to get AC output of a desired frequency and voltage.
Statcon Energiaa’s RFCs are available in fixed skid mounted and wheel mounted trolley and is supplied with suitable cable and aircraft connectors.
The laminated Yoke DC motor is driven through precision SCR controlled DC drive. In order to get a high degree of frequency stability the high accuracy tachogenerator is used, whose feedback is used to get very accurate speed control as well as fast transient response in case of sudden loading (say jerk load) of the RFC.
Similarly, a modern state-of-the-art electronic Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) is used to get AC voltage regulation of RFC output. It also gives fast transient response of output voltage against transient loading.
Both Rotary Pans are lightly coupled and they are provided with anti vibration pads to reduce vibration.
The control and monitoring display uses microprocessor controller-based circuit, which helps in accurate sensing and monitoring of the output parameters. A provision is also there to set the tripping levels of voltage, frequency and overload with respect to the pre-filled time interval for protection and alarm annunciation.
A load bank is a device which develops an electrical load, applies the load to an electrical power source and converts or dissipates the resultant power output of the source.
The purpose of a load bank is to accurately mimic the operational or “real” load that a power source will see in actual application. However, unlike the “real” load, which is likely to be dispersed, unpredictable and random in value, a load bank provides a contained, organized and fully controllable load.
Consequently, a load bank can be further defined as a self-contained, unitized, systematic device that includes load elements with control and accessory devices required for operation.
Whereas the “real” load is served by the power source and uses the energy output of the source for some productive purpose, the load bank serves the power source, using its energy output to test, support or protect the power source.
Statcon Energiaa’s Load Bank is suitable for resistive and inductive load testing of Alternator/Generator. It is also a great asset for any repair workshop.

A Power supply system is at the heart of telecom systems & electronic equipments. For reliable installation of telecom assets, reliable power supply system is of utmost importance.
In an AC electrified area, the main power is derived from the traction supply. This supply is very reliable but its occasional interruption/low voltage can’t be ruled out.
In non-electrified areas, the main supply is obtained from commercial power supply. The source of power supply is through a rural feeder, which is quite unreliable in respect of its availability and voltage. A battery backup is provided in the DC circuit, which requires even more maintenance.
The function of SMPS Power Supply system is to provide a stable and reliable AC and DC power supply to the telecom installations against mains supply variations or interruptions. The SMPS Power Plant for Indian Railway telecom circuits shall be manufactured as per RDSO’s Specification NO. RDSO/SPN/TL/23/99.
This power plant can work either with VRLA or Conventional Lead Acid Battery. The system including FR/FC or FR/BC modules shall be suitable for operation from AC mains or from a DG set. We are one of the few RDSO-approved source to supply 48V SMPS Power Plant in (N+1) or (N+2) configuration with ultimate capacity of 150Amp.

The brand new self-sustainable Containerized Solar PV Solution by Statcon Energiaa provides a ready-made alternative for the common problem of power supply to remote and far-flung areas. The containerised hybrid Solar PV solution can generate around 10, 000 kWh/year.
Built on a 20 feet standard marine container, this mobile office space provides electricity 24 x 7 without grid connection with a power capacity which ranges from 4 to 8 kWp from solar panels on the top of the container and a battery that can provide a backup for upto four hours (depending upon the load).
The panels are fitted so that they also provide shade to the container thus helping in temperate control inside. The system can work as a grid tied system where power is available and it can act as an off-grid system where grid is not available.
Such solutions can provide stable power for the basic needs of life and improve the living conditions. Some of it’s potential applications are:
It provides stable power that will fulfil basic needs and improve living conditions of people in rural and remote areas in India and other developing nations. It can be quickly set up and put into operation on other sites that have no grid or very poor grid availability.
Statcon Energiaa offers state-of-the-art GPU units for wide range of applications for Aircraft starting and its maintenance. The GPU offers accurate and reliable operation.
It is designed with the company’s experience in indigenous development of Power Electronic Equipments. The GPU is available in “Tractor towable” and “Battery operated Vehicle” models.

The whole equipment is designed to with-stand rigorous temperature variations and can work at very high altitudes of up to 2500 meter above MSL.
MPPT stands on Maximum Power Point Tracking .It extracts additional power from your PV array, under certain conditions.
The function of a MPPT is analogous to the transmission in a car. When the transmission is in the wrong gear, the wheels do not receive maximum power. That’s because the engine is running either slower or faster than its ideal speed range. The purpose of the transmission is to couple the engine to the wheels, in a way that lets the engine run in a favourable speed range in spite of varying acceleration and terrain.
Let’s compare a PV module to a car engine. Its voltage is analogous to engine speed. It’s ideal voltage is that at which it can put out maximum power. This is called its maximum power point. (It’s also called peak power voltage, abbreviated Vpp). Vpp varies with sunlight intensity and with solar cell temperature.
System Monitoring:SCC has provision to connect radiation sensor, module surface temp sensor, ambient temp sensor, Vibration sensor for whether monitoring. Data of all sensors will be available for monitoring in data logger as well as remotely over GPRS.
All the relevant parameters of charge controller should be available for remote monitoring over internet using GPRS based monitoring solution.
