Magnetic Grill

These Magnetic Grills are manufactured from magnetic material such as hard ferrite ceramic magnet and stainless steel 304/316 material. Our range of Magnetic Grills is used for protection ferrous substances from metal contamination in various industries such as chemical, ceramics, refractory, pharmaceutical etc. We also offer customization on our range of Magnetic Grills. ConstructionThe grills are made up of magnetic elements, which are fitted inside a required size frame. Magnetic Elements are made up of hard ferrite ceramic magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets. All the components are made up of Stainless Steel 304/316 material. The overall construction of the magnetic grills can also be made as per the customer specification and sizes. WorkingAs the material flows through the grills, the iron particles are attracted by the magnets and they are trapped over the surface of the element. The trapped material has to be removed manually after removing magnetic grills from its location. In case of self cleaning grills the iron particles get trapped over the extra sleeve provided on the elements, they get released as soon as the elements are pushed out of the sleeves. Applications

Overband Magnetic Separator, offered by us, is used in coal industry, chemical industry, petroleum industry, animal feed industry etc. These Overband Magnetic Separators have 2-pulley construction, and have totally enclosed, removable dust-proof housings for self cleaning magnets. These Overband Magnetic Separators require low maintenance, and feature dust and rain protection. Also, these Overband Magnetic Separators feature wear-resistant, heavy manganese steel plate bottom. Eddy Current Separator

Clients can avail excellent quality Eddy Current Separator from us. These Eddy Current Separators feature a powerful eddy current rotor, support frame, conveyor belt, and two variable discharge areas. These Eddy Current Separators have simple working principle, and are widely used in various industries for removing non-iron metal from other material. Operation PrincipleEddy Current Separator is ready to be installed for separation. This separator utilizes a powerful Eddy Current Rotor, Conveyor Belt, two variable discharge area and support frame. The optional vibratory feeder provides a consistent flow of material to the Eddy Current Separator. The main principle is that an electrical charge is induced into a conductor by changes in magnetic flux cutting through it. Moving permanent magnets passing a conductor generates the change in magnetic flux. Eddy current separator is designed according to the principle that conductor can generate induced current in the high-frequency alternating magnetic field. A strong high-frequent magnetic alternating magnetic field generates on the surface of the sorting roller when it works, thus when conductive non-ferrous metals pass through the magnetic field, eddy current will be induced in the body of nonferrous metals. The eddy current itself will generate the opposite direction magnetic field, non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum, copper, etc.) will leap forward along its transport direction by the performance of magnetic field repulsion so as to separate other non-metallic substances and achieve the purpose of sorting. The main distinguishing criterion is material conductivity and density ratio values; a high percentage of the value of the material is more easily to be separated than the lower material. Eddy Current RotorStar Trace Eddy Current Rotor uses an alternating magnetic field to produce electrical currents in conductive metal. The electrical current generates its own magnetic field around an object which opposes the magnetic field from the Eddy Current. This repulsion diverts the object from the product stream. Mass, conductivity and density influence the force and distance an object will repel. Working of Eddy Current SeparatorEddy current separation is based on the use of a magnetic rotor with alternating polarity, spinning rapidly inside a non-metallic drum driven by a conveyor belt. As non-ferrous metals pass over the drum, the alternating magnetic field creates eddy currents in the non-ferrous metal particles repelling the material away from the conveyor. While other materials drop off at the end of the conveyor, the non-ferrous metals are propelled forward over a splitter for separation. Eddy Current Separation SystemStar Trace Eddy Current Separation System encompasses all the equipment above necessary to separate non-ferrous metals and adds ferrous metal separation equipment. It is important to remove ferrous metal prior to exposure to the Eddy Current Separator. Ferrous metal is attracted and held by the strong magnetic force. UsesInduced Roll Separators are primarily used for separating or concentrating minerals or materials of low magnetic susceptibility.
