We offer supermesh gear oils that are blended from high quality base oils and sulphur phoshorus extreme pressure, antioxidant, antirust and antifoam additives to impart protection against rust and corrosion, excellent oxidation resistance, thermal stability and anti-wear properties. These oils are recommended for all heavy duty enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication system and for plain and antifriction bearings subjected to heavy and shock loads where temperature do not exceed 90 C.

Starol Starsol Cutting Oils

We offer cutting oils that are general purpose soluble oil. These are blended with a special concentrate containing emulsifiers, rust inhibitor and biocide. When added to water it forms a uniform milky white stable emulsion. The soluble oil does not have harmful effects on the human skin and it resists bacterials attack leading to obnoxious odour. These can be used for a variety of machining operations depending on the concentration of the emulsion, with the exception of magnesium and its alloys. For high speed grinding applications it is used at 2 to 4% concentration and for normal cutting operation at 5% concentration. Higher concentrations are used when better rust prevention is required.Availability in 210 & 20 Litr Containers

We offer Starol Starsynth cutting oil predominantly non-mineral oil type of fluid which produces a translucent liquid with water and does not become turbid even after long use. It resists bacterial action and facilitates easy separation of tramp. It is nitrite-free 4-10% dilution is recommended for machining and 2-5% solution for grinding operation depending upon the severity. These are recommended for CNC machine operation like turning , drilling, milling, plain and form grinding, specially of ferrous metal, medium steel alloys and cast iron. Not recommended on copper.The performance level is formulated to exceed IS : 11186 - 85 Performance requirements.
