Antimonial Lead Alloy that we provide is known for its hardness, tensile strength, high melt fluidity, superior castability and higher stabilization of lead dioxide through ionic migration of SB3+ and SB5+ ion to negative plate. Traditionally, 5- 11% antimony was used by the battery industry. But, the antimony was brought down to 2.5% with addition of selenium as grain refiner to provide enhanced performance. The antimony got further reduced to 1.6% by weight to achieve maintenance-free properties of battery. Our Antimonial Lead Alloy is known for purity and accurate composition. Yellow Lead Oxide that we manufacture, export and supply is a yellowish color chemical that is extensively used by manufactures of stabilizers. We manufacture, export and supply excellent quality Red Lead that is in a higher oxidation state than litharge (Yellow Lead Oxide). The electrical conductivity of Red Lead is greater than other lead oxides. In tubular positive plate form our Red Lead is expansively used for inverter, solar & traction batteries. For the production of Red Lead, a range of 450-500 deg c. is used. The Furnace is discharged when the desired amount of Pb3O4 is reached. Oxide with 80% Pb3O4 is made with 16-18 hours of calcining.
