The Dumper Placer is highly versatile equipment that combines the advantage of a Tipper and a Self-loading crane, making it a machine of exceptional utility. The Dumper Placer can pick, dump and replace containers / loads, completely eliminating waiting to load time and thus increasing productivity. Parallel container lift ensures complete safety and no spill over.
The system comprises of a pair of powerful hydraulic lift arms with quick release chain, tipping hooks and hydraulically operated stabilizers mounted on all steel sub frame. All controls are provided inside driver's cabin. The equipment is recommended for mounting on selected models of all LCV chassis.

Trolley mounted Water tanker 1000 Ltrs-6000 Ltrs. The trolley will have a sturdy base chassis fitted with spring leaves, axles, turn table, towing hook, Sprinklers on the rear of the tank along with a drain socket.

Our ATM Model of Bitumen pressure distributors, gives uniform, unbroken and prescribed quantity of hot bitumen or emulsion. These units can be supplied as a module to suit mounting on customer's truck chassis or can be supplied completely along with standard truck chassis.

The Diesel transfer Pump
Side PTO driven internal rotary diesel transfer pump option is used having discharge capacity of 1-100 Lpm and has internally fitted suction filter, pressure relief valve and air release port. The robust design of pump is specially made for mobile applications and Indian road/climate conditions etc.
12v/24v Fuel Transfer Pump option is battery operated pumps flow rate of 55 lpm and 60 Lpm

The Metering Unit (Mech Optimizer)
The metering Unit has aluminum body with flow rate ranging from 6-120 lpm, rotors are PPS (Polyphenylene Sulphide Resin) the ports size is 1 BSP with pressure rating of 800 PSI and viscosity of 1000 cps maximum

The Safety
The diesel tanker is manufactured under safety rules of petroleum act. It features manhole for quick inspection, PV valves, emergency vents etc. Emergency discharge control valves are also provided at rear of tanker with locking arrangement. Some other features include CCOE approved spark arrester fitted to silencer and vehicle exhaust route modified to front of cabin. This 10 kg. fire extinguisher is provided near to metering unit for emergency purposes.

The Diesel Tank
The diesel tank will be fabricated as per schedule-III of the Petroleum rules 1976. Fitted with standard fuel tank accessories and fittings. It is mounted on chassis with rubber pads and clamped by means of U bolts.

Technical Description Structure The articulated booms are fabricated of light but stiff M.S. box selection. The Structure is fitted with wide pivot bushes and EN-9/S.S pins for booms as well as hydraulic cylinders. The whole assembly is mounted on heavy duty slewing bearing. Hydraulic RAM Hydraulic cylinders are of double acting having precision honed tubes and induction hardened, deep grounded, chrome plated EN-8 piston rods providing smooth operation, long steel life and resistance against corrosion. Stabilizers Two/four powerful double acting hydraulically operated stabilizers are provided with wide footprint to protect the vehicle from top up down. Over travel is provided in the stabilizers to level the vehicle on uneven ground. The stabilizers are fitted with swivel pads and are flush with chassis when retracted. Slewing 360 slewing are provided by hydraulically through pinion-gear arrangement. The high torque heavy duty slewing bearing on which whole structure is mounted giving smooth slewing operation. Leveling Parallel linkage is provided to ensure that the operators cage remains level in any boom position and there is no lost motion. Operator Cage A fiberglass cage is mounted on to a steel cradle with non-slip flooring and drain holes for water drainage. The cage is insulated to 600V(tested to 2200V Controls Dual Controls at base as well as basket are provided to hydraulic elevating platform. However, stabilizer controls are provided only at base for safety reasons. Emergency Pump Emergency hand pump is provided to enable stopping of the equipment in case of pump/engine failure.
