We have a true expertise & experience in converting steel machined parts into plastic using various engineering polymers. With this expertise we converted various metal parts & assemblies into plastics, achieving excellent vave and full-proof performance of these components & assemblies. These conversions helped in reducing the overall cost substantially & played a major role in vave projects. We successfully developed water manifold assemblies (for 2/3/4/6 cylinder diesel engines) in plastics using engineering polymers. On similar lines we successfully developed cylinder head rocker boxes / covers, inspection covers, support for push rod tubes, thermostat body, fuel filter assembly, oil separators, (for various diesel engines) using engineering polymers.
